Alright, before I get started, this is more of a request to lift the Permanent ban and have it set back to the 3 month temp-ban. I do know that I messed up and I would like to explain myself. First off I would like to apologize to Godsdead and The_Network for lying to you both about the “alternate account” part of the ban. Lying is not a good thing to do, especially to people you consider to be friends. I do not want to go into personal reasons as to why I lied about it, as I do not want to make it sound like I am trying to get sympathy for something I did. Which I do now come to regret the decision I made, as I never realized how much I enjoyed playing on this server until I ripped myself away from it. (The official reason I was banned was Use of Alternate Accounts and Repeated Door Glitching.) The “Alternate Account” or Exonere, was an Irl friend of mine that I had brought to the server to originally help me quit by “raiding” me. During her time on the server she said that she had enjoyed it so I bought her a rank, and over the next few days she had decided to leave. I did not want to charge back a donation to the server so I left it at that. I decided to go back on my decision to quit and have all the stuff returned to me right before she left. A period of time went by and I had an opportunity to raid Hydra and I took it and in the process I door glitched to get into their head room (Ill go over why I did this to them in a different forum post, as the reason is messed up and may start drama.) I am not excusing why I glitched, as it is breaking the rules and I take full responsibility for that. I know that I lied to staff and was banned for it, which I am glad that they did, as it proves that the staff on this server do their job as they should. I am just here explaining what actually happened and that I was not using an alternate account. If you need further explanation just pm me in discord,or reply here and I will do my best to explain any questions you want.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, as I do know that it was long and probably a bit rant-y, but I do appreciate it :3

Coolio, yeah I understand where your coming from. Shots which existed should only be included, or if gameplay provides a real reason for their existence e.g. diamond shot breaks obsidian armour on ships.

I know how in 20th century (and maybe late 19th century) ships used smokescreens etc, but I could see it getting abused and making a lot of lag. Though it would be whenever the projectile came in contact with something (water or block- it could even be timed) that it would leave a spray of smoke- like that of tnt explosion perhaps. But like I stated (and you did), its when people abuse it.

*Just changed the title, I thought you were going to suggest new cannon types, rather than suggest an increase in limit.

I would say this might be a good idea for a polling @GodsDead and if it went ahead it would get my vote.

Though, rather than adding ‘cannons’ out right, why not have a way to unlock/increase your cannon limit by completing requirements, much like rank up.

Here at PirateCraft we truly value the safety of all Pirates, so we have taken action.

We have created a new staff rank to settle feuds between Pirates and Mobs. We think this will be great at ending a lot of the rivalries on the server. Since things have been so hostile between Pirates.

Please welcome Hydra Crew as PeaceKeepers.

Peacekeeping helps prevent piracy on the server.

Hydra Crew Members picked for PeaceKeepers: dpex81, spock1101, trooper306, chiroptera419, great_man_7, macro2.

PeaceKeeper ranks have the ability to:
- /kit pk
  - A beacon every 48h
  - A god set every 36h
  - A custom PK sword with knockback 30 that logs aggressors into a database of trouble makers.
- Crowd Control tool /kittycannon to move on groups of thugs hanging about the cove streets. (anyone meeting in a group of more than 3 are considered a Gang)
- Tools we cannot disclose at this time.

I am sure staff will let you back in (but this also depends on what you said which was rude).

But I am sure you have matured in the almost 11(/12?) months you have been banned for. I will tag them for you.

Reason for Report (greafing and harassing)

Overview Description of Report
4orange sieged csyteen after she was helping staff with killing 2 players who refused to listen to Godsdead when he said do not sail ships. 4orange, along with ic3y, and BabeShark greifed her claim for no other reason than to spite her.

Detailed Information

These three griefed Cysteen’s dock and broke her ducks just because they wanted to. They were not trying to get into cysteen’s base, knowing from prior attacks on her that there isnt any way in. There is no entrance or exit to her base besides teleportation. Knowing this, these 3 instead broke her pier, which is shown in the screen shot below. Referring to the admin Blue, this greifing was not to get into her base but was to simply harm her. This is not the first time ic3y has been involved with this. He was temp banned for 2 weeks after he personally targeted Cysteen and made fun of her constantly while making real life threats and such. He would constantly try to kill her. Since the ban he has always been out for Cysteen and still tries to kill her every chance he gets and continues to verbally harass her. Screen shots are provided of the griefed pier and walkway where they were, and of BabeShark breaking her ducks for fun. He broke multiple ducks all around her claim. Which on the subject of the ducks, this has been done before and admins have already told players to stop breaking her ducks just to hurt her. I’m going to give my input here. I’m pretty sure no one will want you back into they can pretty much forget what you have done. I do not know you directly, or if ou truly have changed but from what I have read in your punishment history, it seems as though your entire time on this server was a burden of which the staff gave you plenty of warning(s).

You had truly taken the server for granted, and have broken numerous rules.

However I believe you were well aware of what you were up to. Your apology is very sincere and very polite, to which I congratulate you on as most people who have been under your circumstance throw as much abuse as they can at those who persecuted them or try shift their own blame.

I am not going to close this, despite feeling that I should, as your response has been more than the usual response. Also due to the fact I do not know you at all.

I will leave this for staff to decide, but I am sure that this will not give you the unban you surely want. If I were you, wait at least a year since your unban, and approach the unban appeal again just like you have.

I will leave it open for other respondents to which all who do see this last bit to respond in the manner of “Not being an arsehole” towards this guy, even if he was to you.
