Hi everyone, on the 4th of April 2025, 4:19:18 pm i was randomly permenantly banned by Drbipper where the reason was allegedly duping of items and not reporting this “bug” to staff. Before i show why this claim and ban is utterly bogus, lets go back in the past when i newly joined TAL. Me and my friends who are the “Dureum” aka leaders of the crew Republic of the Damned made a plan which focused on insiding TAL. My intentions to join TAL were, are and will always be the same. I joined TAL for the sole purpose to inside them, gain info on their members and gain access to their vault and loot to take it all from them. The following players are witnesses and can back this claim of mine: OneEvilPanda, OneLittleImp, OneAwesomeCow, OneRedShep and Skitsur_3. We made this plan a few months ago. However I was never successful in fulfilling my task as i never even gained /access trust to ANY of TAL’s claims or items. My affiliation with TAL was to inside them and never more than that. I was never involved in any of TAL’s personal activities except for raids to BloodTide or even any crew projects.

A few days ago, GLAZYWIDIT the leader of TAL made a discord server where he added me and dozens of other players from all crews in the server giving them small tasks “Mine netherite”, “8 Ingots for a clad” to give items. Just like everyone else, I was under the impression that this was an April Fool’s trolling event type of thing. I never knew or was even aware of a possibilty of TAL duping. Since everyone was receiving items from them including clads and other high level events. Admin is free to search my base anytime. They can check logs of it since the day i joined this server 8 months back, check any log of anytime since then, and they won’t find anything illegal being perfomed there because nothing illegal was ever done by me. As far as these “duped items” go, i recieved them just like everyone else where all of us were under the impression that TAL was leaving and was therefore doing drop parties.
The events that I received from TAL from these “drop parties” and as “gift” were the following: Mummy’s Wrath 9 -60, TombStone, 2 Clads, Barbossa BroadSword, Pumpkin Carver and a Victorian Axe. Same as how players like TobySF got a Treat Blade, TombStone, Spookem got a Tombstone, MaterDragon got tons of clads and many other players who recieved tons of events from TAL. If my crime is that i UNKNOWINGLY recieved items that were duped, then this warrants a BAN for everyone above and involved with that same logic. But ofcourse it is not fair to them since it wasn’t known to them that these were duped items. Same as how I DID NOT EVER know these were duped, or duping was being perfomed or ANY BUG that was present. I have been muted for weeks now with 3 months more. I may be an ass to people which I have tried my best during this mute to improve myself to become more kind and better. But I still know my limits and duping is one that would never even cross my mind. If that is not the logic behind this ban, then am I banned for the sole reason that i was a member of this crew? I have been grinding on this server since the day I joined. I grinded all the way to QuarterMaster in 8 months, /webstats is proof of my grind and so is my playtime. If i wanted, tried, knew how to dupe, I wouldn’t have bothered to grind this hard. But I did grind because i love and appreciate this server and want to be part of it but its hard to play when I get banned without any ACTUAL reason. I may not have been staffs’ most favourite player and may not have been the best when it comes to ingame chat, but i also have some boundaries that i know i can’t/won’t break. Therefore I URGE and humbly request all the trusted members of staff to investigate throughout my base, all my claims and all things that i ever touched in this server through your logs. You won’t find anything duped or a duping machine or anything of the sort apart from those above mentioned items which I RECEIVED like many others unknowingly that they were being duped. Just like everyone else, I was also under the impression that IronAR was giving out his stash of Tricksters to people because he was quitting PMC like he had mentioned prior to these giveaway parties. I urge staff, to thoroughly investigate this issue, as I love pmc and appreciate GodsDead’s interests for this server, I have helped lazydog11 identify alts of people before because I have nothing to hide and I have no knowledge of this current situation until after I got banned. In the past I have been chat checked by Taulov and Bipper both for possible usage of illegal clients (unlike some pvprs in TC who matter of fact do and get banned for it) or texture packs but I was always proven innocent because these are lines that i never crossed, never planned to cross and won’t ever cross. Therefore i seriously urge and humbly request GodsDead, the man himself, to look into my case, every log, every inv and item log of items in my vault, destroy the duped ones that i recieved unknowingly and my base to investigate this and prove my innocence and lift this bogus and wrongfully accusing claim against me leading to this unfair and wrong ban. Looking forward to hear from the amazing staff team. Thanks again for reading all of my appeal and looking forward to let staff shed the truth to everyone and shut off the people who seem to spread rumors in hopes to ruin my reputation as a hard working player, here on PMC. I would have sent an appeal here sooner if it wasn’t for the login and account creation delay. Thanks again and hope to hear back from staff soon. 😀

Greetings,

As you may know was banned roughly a month ago due to doxxing godsdead, you may have my sincerest apologies and I fully take the responsibility for my actions. It was a foolish act and although I knew that, I didn’t really think I would get in trouble.. a few days later karma hit me and I was greeted with a weird yellow text on my screen saying “you have been banned for: doxxing”. I was really looking forward to playing piratemc these weeks but oh well.. I believe that I learned my lesson after a lot of memes and a ban, I don’t think I’ll do such kinds of “jokes” again. The images that have been posted by me have been removed from the alliance discord. About my request: I think it would be best for me to receive a temp ban (1-5 months long, as long as you think is needed) and some sort of in game punishment, maybe a locker? I planned to keep this appeal short and my plans I will follow, I thank you for taking your time reading this.

I would like to begin the appeal with an apology to the staff, specifically Atalantaa, GodsDead and Taulov for my actions during the remaining months leading up to my ban, I take full responsibility for actions and I am sorry for any distress and time wasted on moderating me.

Since my absence from the community, I have been reconnecting with old friends and enjoying being my normal self, where I am not toxic. I have also settled down with a full-time job and focusing on school. When I was playing on the server, I was very bored with a lot of time on my hands, with that time I was being toxic and breaking server rules, as that was the only thing fun for me at the time. But since finding a path in life, I have been able to dedicate my energy into my studies and work.

As some of the staff like Buck knows, I was on an alt account called Dishonest_ – During this time I showed no indication that I was my old self, Palapourheal. I know I was caught eventually due to my IP address but I was very friendly, behaved and even surprised some of the current staff at that time that I could actually be a better person. I would like to use this as an example that I can indeed change, despite using an alt to prove it. I am sorry Buck for deceiving you and thank you for defending me when you thought I wasn’t Palapourheal.

If I was given a last chance to redeem myself, my goal for myself would continue finishing my town and playing with friends again, I have been planning many builds in single player and wish to one day bring them onto the server. I would also like to participate in item creation, as I enjoyed doing that before I was banned.

I would be happy to have my ban lowered to a temporary ban or a probationary period.

Okay so yesterday I recruited a new player to my crew and he expressed an interest in learning PvP. I made a lapse in judgement and decided to send him an IP for a PvP practice server in our crew chat so he could improve his skills. Initially, I planned to do this over Discord pms, but I found out he did not have an account. Since he was the only player online in my crew at the time, It did not occur to me that sending the IP over crew chat would constitute advertising, since it would have the same effect as sending it in Discord pms. Unfortunately, by the time I saw a warning from staff I was already banned.

I realize that sending the IP was a poor decision and understand that the server has strict rules about advertising, so I apologize. I’ve been careful to follow the advertising rule for years prior, and I will make sure not to break it again.

Since the last update made by godsdead people weren’t able to shift click items into their inventory/chests.

Unban Appeal

I will be keeping this short and sweet, as I know this is something we’ve preferred from players.

Hi all. It’s been about 4 years or so since my removal from staff and ban from the server.

I do regret my actions that occurred during the money/item dupe scandal and my part in it. I would hope to be given another chance on the server and to experience the 1.18 update with my friends (I read the blog post, great job on that). I know my assets were removed during my ban, which is fine. I just want to experience the server again with my friends and the community, even with no items.

Gods: I am really sorry for betraying your trust, you were a mentor to me – I hope you can forgive me for my actions and possibly get on good terms again.
Smokey and Vape: I regret acting childish towards you two, you only had the best intentions for the community. My ego got in the way of that..
The Staff: I heavily regret my misconduct whilst being staff, I hope the staff image remained in tact as it did before I was removed.

Since I’m unbanned in-game, I’d also like to request that I be unbanned from the discord. Although since discord was the final nail in the coffin last time I got banned, I understand if you don’t want to do that right now.
