A year and a half ago i got banned from your server. I got banned for using X-Ray what is completly unacceptable, i know. But I still feel very bad for what i did. Because i really enjoyed the time i spent on your server and would really like to play more on your server. Me and my friend julob40 built such a nice base and really would like to continue building and make this place even bigger and better.
So i really beg for your mercy and give me one more chance. I promise to not mess this up again. As you have a really big server and so brilliant mechanics i have never seen before, i really would like to enjoy some more time on your server.

Unban Appeal:
Hello staff team, Here, a decision is questionable and come to break, decisions taken in the past by staff members. First of all, it says in my first two-month ban that I did not comply with my probation. Except, my probation period lasted only one month, as you will see in the screenshots added. The decision of the first banishment comes after my probation, which makes a mute + two-month ban for saying “racist Eisen” excessive. So it is later said by the members of the moderation team themselves that drama on discord does not impact the decisions made on the server. Here too, the rule is broken.
Finally, with regard to the permanent ban, it was stated to me that this was the agreed decision if I did not comply with the conditions of my stay. But this was not what was agreed to, indeed it was agreed that I could no longer appeal to my perma mute, . What was not applied. Here again the decision is excessive and therefore does not respect the rules given earlier. All the evidence is attached, so I’m asking for an unban and a discussion.
For the less formal part of this appeal, I would like to formulate, that the community wants me back on the server, ( you can see this on the public poll posted in the alliance and on piratecraft discord I sent a screen) and that I want to be able to play with my friends. Also considering that most of my sanctions came from my sentences in the written chat, with a permanent mute, given that I have no past glitch, there is little chance that I could be a toxic guy. Good day, members of the British Empire. I speak on behalf of the Imperial Roman Empire today to request a renewal of our years-old alliance. As many of you may know, ROME and BE have been great allies since 2019, following the events of the Great Roman War.
Over the years, we’ve had ambassadors, embassies constructed, and have fought together in battle many times. Unfortunately, following the inactivity and then fall of ROME in late 2020, the alliance was halted. Although I was not in ROME at the time, it is my belief that the alliance was ended when an insider removed all of ROME’s allies during Hydra’s insiding. I was later told that Taulov officially ended the alliance some time after the insiding, due to our largely inactive state.
Now that ROME has returned and has started to become active again, we would like to request that our alliance with the British Empire may be renewed. We have achieved great things in the past, and I am certain the future will be bright for our empires. ROME awaits your consideration.

I would first like to apologize for my previous actions. I can not say what I exactly said at the time, for its been a while, but it would be safe to say that it included racial jokes and slurs and slandering other players. And I am genuinely sorry about it. I was a stupid person, but I believe that I have matured. If I were to be unbanned, I would play the server correctly and not break the rules. If I do break them and I do get banned again, I will not appeal it nor will I ever attempt to interact with the server, because I made the promise that I will change, but I didn’t, therefore I will accept my fate. I do apologize for my prior actions and I promise that I will do better. If you reject my appeal, I will accept it and you will never hear from me again. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Unmute Appeal
Hello, It’s Palapourheal. It’s been now 5 month and a few days that I got Permamuted. And as It’s now summer and that old friends are coming back to the server I would like to be able to speak with them before I’m gone for college. But let’s start with a quick reminder of why I got Muted.
I was once often trolling in chat and in constant disagreement with the staff team, lockered often. And after being softmuted, I managed to bypass the chat and was able to talk.
After this, I got permamuted.
Now, if you are reading this you expect me to say that I am sorry etc. For sure yes Iregret what I did but Ipaid the price, now I feel that I have changed. Been a while I haven’t visited my old friend Davy Jones, i’m no more arguing with staff, and I have been active in the community to make the server a better place. (My videos about lags etc).
I would like also say, that i have been playing actively while being permamuted, a thing that not much players do nowadays. And if I am not wrong, among the community I am not considered as a toxic Pvper or anything like that, even though I am actively pvping.
Also, if i want to be honest with myself, We can say that while i was permamuted, i used a bit too much The /helpop. And i am sorry for it, but it’s very hard to play Piratecraft which is a community server, when you can’t do any interaction.
All i am asking is a last chance, so I can proove that i am no more a problem for the server. I would like to be able to trade again, answer people in the chat, just basics interactions.
Now, if my appeal could be sent to a vote, I would like to see what the staff team really think of me, and to see if the majority of them want to see me muted, or to see me back in the chat.
I hope i will be able to speak again with you all.

I was banned for being toxic and spam killing people, and I do believe I was in the wrong for that and regret doing it, and I am sorry to the people whos experiences were negatively affected from me. A year is a pretty long time though and a truly believe I have changed and will not do that again. About 7 months ago I submitted an unban appeal and I agree with what staff said in it that it sucked. I really do want to come back and play on pmc as it is a fantastic server. No other server has made me want to consistently play and invest time into it like pmc has. Whether you decide to unban me or not thank you for taking the time to read this and hopefully consider what I said.

I’m very sorry for my behaviour towards the staff team and my behaviour in general. It has been over 6 months since i’ve been banned and i think i deserve another shot at playing the server and being in the community again. I have matured since then and regret my actions towards players and the staff team. What i did was immature and i think that i should be given another chance at playing the server. I will be respectful towards other players and the staff team. Thank you for considering my unban, and i hope i get another shot on playing on the server.
