Hello PMC Team,
I’m sending this appeal again as I wasn’t sure if my previous one went through. If it did, please feel free to ignore this one as it contains the same message.
I was banned around a year ago for a mistake I made, and I fully accept that my behaviour at the time was wrong. Over the past year I’ve had a lot of time to reflect, and I’ve grown a lot since then. I’ve become employed and have moved away from the more toxic environments I used to spend time in online, which has helped me mature and change my perspective.
Looking back, I understand why my behaviour was unacceptable, and I can confidently say I wouldn’t repeat those mistakes again. This time away from the server has given me the chance to realise how much I valued being part of the PMC community.
If given another opportunity to return, I would aim to contribute positively to the server and the community. In the past I enjoyed hosting player-run events, and I’d love the chance to do things like that again to help bring players together.

Dear Lazy, Taulov and Doc, Its been 6 months since my ban which I was suggested to wait. This would be my last appeal and hopefully you would consider it. During this time, I have deeply reflected on my actions and your rightful decision. While I still firmly stand with the fact that I was never involved in duping any items or exploiting any glitch myself, I understand how some of my associated actions and choices alongside a certain group of individuals may have created this impression.
I am not going to argue with you or deny all involvement. But all I am willing to say that in these past 6 months, alot has changed. I got accepted into my dream uni after graduating High school as one of the highest achievers, I am proud to say that I have changed and become a better person and not that toxic ass I once used to be. I have learned a lot and applied even more, and I will ensure that if I am blessed with this chance, I will fully respect the rules and admin’s decisions and contribute in a better manner and to the best of my ability to help the community grow and thrive. Hopefully, I will be able to wipe the slate clean and move past any and all toxicity and grudges and be able to enjoy this server with some lifelong friends I made here. Thanks again for considering this appeal, and hopefully you will consider it.

If that is how it comes out then I am sorry for that, our rules are to be followed no matter if staff is online or not.
The fact you showed evidence as you so call it does not change the matter of the punishment. Having an x-ray texture pack is considered against the rules. Since we cannot see when you last used it. We have nothing but your word for it and as a staff team we do not trust that of any player when it comes to these cases.
When it comes to your last point, that is not how the staff team works here on the server. You got the standard punishment for the rule breaking you did. The norm for this kind of rule breaking (deleting files during an staff investigation) is between 3 months to permanently. However for your case, I have asked other staff members and they agree with the punishment aswell as the denial of the appeal.The appeal denial reflects the fact that you have used illegal modifications on the server before. Hence why you shall wait out your full ban length.
If the last comment got out as passive aggressive i am sorry for that, and was not how it was intended. It was meant for getting you to reflect over how behavior on the server have consequences.
Finally it isn’t unfair to close an appeal once it have been answered, that is the Protocol for us.

Dear admin, lazydog11, Drbipper, Taulov and Bazurka,I hope this message finds you well.I am writing to respectfully submit another appeal in regard to my ban from the server. I know its too early and way before the suggested wait period, but please, please feel what I am about to say in hopes for my redemption. Since the day I got banned, I have been seriously reflecting on both my actions and attitude during my time on the server, needless to say that neither make me proud and I regret it all.I fully acknowledge that my behaviour, including my association with rule-breaking individuals, my failure to report known exploits and the general disruption I may have caused-contributed to a breach of my fellow and dear community and staff’s trust. While I may not have directly committed the unforgivable act of duping, I deeply understand that standing by it and not reporting it timely is equally problematic and I wish there was a way to go back in time and report it when I had the chance, but now all I can do is request a second chance to prove myself to you.Since then, I have taken time to cool down, reflect and think about how I could’ve approached things differently. i genuinely miss the community, the people I interacted with, the friends I made along the way, and the role I played within the server, both negative and positive. I’m not asking for a reset of the past, but for the opportunity to prove that I <b>CAN </b>and I <b>WILL</b> be better moving forward. I will refrain from actions which even though are legal but frowned upon and will commit towards helping all new players to enjoy this server in hopes that they can see what amazing wonders reside here. If given another chance, I am committed to abiding by ALL server rules, reporting any future exploits or suspicious behaviour like of those individuals. I will work hard on rebuilding what I lost, the trust of fellow players and my beloved staff. This server, has meant a lot to me, still does, and will always continue to do so. Still remember the very first day when I got this game, this server was the first I ever joined, and stayed loyal to for months upon months, evident from my playtime. I start uni later this month, and I can’t express how much it would mean to me to start that new chapter of my life alongside this great server that makes me happy, so much that it is impossible to forget or let go of the memories I made here. So please, lazy, bipper and taulov, let me prove to you all, and bless me with this second chance, and I’ll become a living example for you that one can and WILL change for good. Tremendous thanks if you read it this far and considered my appeal. I fully respect admin and the decision you amazing folks make. If unbanned, first thing I would like to do is formally apologise and make amends with Drbipper. I personally did not like the idea of bipper becoming admin, but over time, I have realised the reality that if there is anyone who worked their ass off and deserves admin role and the respect that comes along with it, it’s no one else but Bipper. The events, siege and the blood and sweat that he put in tracking down the bad guys and putting them behind bars when no one else suspected them off their crimes, only he could have pulled this off. Hello,I’d like to respectfully address the recent ban issued on my account. I was informed that the reason for the ban was “phasing through the world,” but I was not provided with any further explanation despite requesting clarification. I have not used any hack clients in several years, and I’m confident I’ve not engaged in behaviour warranting a ban under the rules as I understand them.
I spoke with Lazy, who mentioned you were open to me submitting an appeal. She also told me the only information she could obtain from you was that I “went through the ground and landed in caves.” I want to be completely honest—I did glitch through a wall once to look in a chest(14/08/24). I recognize this was against the rules, and I take responsibility for that. However, there are currently players active on the server with multiple glitching offenses on record, significantly more than my own.Regarding the claim that I’ve been “wasting staff time,” I believe this situation reflects a broader issue of communication. I never received a proper explanation of my ban, and I was blocked by you, Taulov, when I tried to follow up. This left me confused and without a path forward until Lazy advised me to simply wait and appeal.
This appeal is made in good faith. I genuinely enjoy the server and community and would like to be a part of it again. I hope we can come to a resolution that works for both of us. I see a future for myself at PMC, and I’m more than willing to move forward respectfully and within the rules.Thank you for your time and consideration.

Hi everyone, on the 4th of April 2025, 4:19:18 pm i was randomly permenantly banned by Drbipper where the reason was allegedly duping of items and not reporting this “bug” to staff. Before i show why this claim and ban is utterly bogus, lets go back in the past when i newly joined TAL. Me and my friends who are the “Dureum” aka leaders of the crew Republic of the Damned made a plan which focused on insiding TAL. My intentions to join TAL were, are and will always be the same. I joined TAL for the sole purpose to inside them, gain info on their members and gain access to their vault and loot to take it all from them. The following players are witnesses and can back this claim of mine: OneEvilPanda, OneLittleImp, OneAwesomeCow, OneRedShep and Skitsur_3. We made this plan a few months ago. However I was never successful in fulfilling my task as i never even gained /access trust to ANY of TAL’s claims or items. My affiliation with TAL was to inside them and never more than that. I was never involved in any of TAL’s personal activities except for raids to BloodTide or even any crew projects.
A few days ago, GLAZYWIDIT the leader of TAL made a discord server where he added me and dozens of other players from all crews in the server giving them small tasks “Mine netherite”, “8 Ingots for a clad” to give items. Just like everyone else, I was under the impression that this was an April Fool’s trolling event type of thing. I never knew or was even aware of a possibilty of TAL duping. Since everyone was receiving items from them including clads and other high level events. Admin is free to search my base anytime. They can check logs of it since the day i joined this server 8 months back, check any log of anytime since then, and they won’t find anything illegal being perfomed there because nothing illegal was ever done by me. As far as these “duped items” go, i recieved them just like everyone else where all of us were under the impression that TAL was leaving and was therefore doing drop parties.
The events that I received from TAL from these “drop parties” and as “gift” were the following: Mummy’s Wrath 9 -60, TombStone, 2 Clads, Barbossa BroadSword, Pumpkin Carver and a Victorian Axe. Same as how players like TobySF got a Treat Blade, TombStone, Spookem got a Tombstone, MaterDragon got tons of clads and many other players who recieved tons of events from TAL. If my crime is that i UNKNOWINGLY recieved items that were duped, then this warrants a BAN for everyone above and involved with that same logic. But ofcourse it is not fair to them since it wasn’t known to them that these were duped items. Same as how I DID NOT EVER know these were duped, or duping was being perfomed or ANY BUG that was present. I have been muted for weeks now with 3 months more. I may be an ass to people which I have tried my best during this mute to improve myself to become more kind and better. But I still know my limits and duping is one that would never even cross my mind. If that is not the logic behind this ban, then am I banned for the sole reason that i was a member of this crew? I have been grinding on this server since the day I joined. I grinded all the way to QuarterMaster in 8 months, /webstats is proof of my grind and so is my playtime. If i wanted, tried, knew how to dupe, I wouldn’t have bothered to grind this hard. But I did grind because i love and appreciate this server and want to be part of it but its hard to play when I get banned without any ACTUAL reason. I may not have been staffs’ most favourite player and may not have been the best when it comes to ingame chat, but i also have some boundaries that i know i can’t/won’t break. Therefore I URGE and humbly request all the trusted members of staff to investigate throughout my base, all my claims and all things that i ever touched in this server through your logs. You won’t find anything duped or a duping machine or anything of the sort apart from those above mentioned items which I RECEIVED like many others unknowingly that they were being duped. Just like everyone else, I was also under the impression that IronAR was giving out his stash of Tricksters to people because he was quitting PMC like he had mentioned prior to these giveaway parties. I urge staff, to thoroughly investigate this issue, as I love pmc and appreciate GodsDead’s interests for this server, I have helped lazydog11 identify alts of people before because I have nothing to hide and I have no knowledge of this current situation until after I got banned. In the past I have been chat checked by Taulov and Bipper both for possible usage of illegal clients (unlike some pvprs in TC who matter of fact do and get banned for it) or texture packs but I was always proven innocent because these are lines that i never crossed, never planned to cross and won’t ever cross. Therefore i seriously urge and humbly request GodsDead, the man himself, to look into my case, every log, every inv and item log of items in my vault, destroy the duped ones that i recieved unknowingly and my base to investigate this and prove my innocence and lift this bogus and wrongfully accusing claim against me leading to this unfair and wrong ban. Looking forward to hear from the amazing staff team. Thanks again for reading all of my appeal and looking forward to let staff shed the truth to everyone and shut off the people who seem to spread rumors in hopes to ruin my reputation as a hard working player, here on PMC. DaddyOLPXHello, a Somewhat long while ago, a one or two months ago, i was banned for sending a message using the /msg system, to a friend i met on this server.
in the chatlog of this conversation, we discussed joining another server, to go build using its plugins, so i could explain to him how to use these plugins in detail.
i needed to get onto this server instead, to explain how these things work, since the piratemc server doesnt provide a user which does not pay money to keep the server running with much oppertunity to use these building tools to my understanding.Now the issues are, there for one is a spelling mistake in my ban reason; it says ” Adversting servers”- but the ‘proper’ issue, i find to be, that i was banned for sending someone a server address, in which i assumed to be in a private manner with both partys being in the clear about this being okay to send to one another.
i would never send a server address in the public chat. its something me and him discussed party to party, to join that server. and i also do not get the punishment itself.
i was permanently banned for sending my friend a server address with the /msg command (or /r , i cannot remember). its just a very unfair cirumstance, we both agree that it is.” we” in this context is ‘myself’ but also the friend i sent this address to. the purpose of sending the thing in the first place, was to show him how to use plugins to build more efficiently.
Now, i do not know if the team member which was online at the time Read the context i sent server adress this in, i guess they hadnt, if they did read the context, then i am even more astonished about how this resulted in a (permanent) ban.

Over 2 years ago I did a BIG mistake. I tried to get banned as fast as possible on many servers. I now realize that it was SILLY and a tomfoolery mistake to get myself banned on this amazing server with amazing features and staff. I deeply regret doing what I did. A year after I got banned, I logged on my new main account and forgot about the old ban. mb gang 🙏 Also, an IMPOSTER pretended to be me and logged on PMC claiming to be me. This was in fact NOT me. Please unban me; it’s been 2 years and I’ve learned from my mistake 🙏 mb gang. Lil Craft out. (I also love Denmark, greatest country Taulov)

Dear Reader, I am writing to clarify the situation regarding the ban of my account on PMC. I left my home at 6:15 PM on the 11th of November, and later that evening, I was informed over Discord by Tulips that my account had been banned. When speaking with Lazy, I was informed that my account had been seen phasing through the ground into caves. However, I can confirm that I was not online at that time, as I had left my home over an hour and a half prior to the ban.
After Toby confirmed my account was banned, I promptly logged out of all devices associated with my Microsoft account. During this process, I noticed two devices that I did not recognize. This issue has since been resolved.
A few weeks prior, I confirmed with the staff that the mods I use, Sodium and Litematica, are compliant with PMC’s guidelines. If there have been any changes to the policy regarding these mods, I would appreciate being informed so that I can ensure full compliance with the server rules moving forward.

This was, in fact, NOT me. Please unban me; it’s been 2 years, and I’ve learned from my mistake 🙏. My bad gang. i will not do a mistake again that will contredict with the rules of PMC. i love the PMC community soooo much, to be honest it was even more lovely when zhaphood was on it 🙂 Lil craft out. (I also love Denmark, greatest country Taulov).
