The fact you showed evidence as you so call it does not change the matter of the punishment. Having an x-ray texture pack is considered against the rules. Since we cannot see when you last used it. We have nothing but your word for it and as a staff team we do not trust that of any player when it comes to these cases.
When it comes to your last point, that is not how the staff team works here on the server. You got the standard punishment for the rule breaking you did. The norm for this kind of rule breaking (deleting files during an staff investigation) is between 3 months to permanently. However for your case, I have asked other staff members and they agree with the punishment aswell as the denial of the appeal.

The appeal denial reflects the fact that you have used illegal modifications on the server before. Hence why you shall wait out your full ban length.

If the last comment got out as passive aggressive i am sorry for that, and was not how it was intended. It was meant for getting you to reflect over how behavior on the server have consequences.

Finally it isn’t unfair to close an appeal once it have been answered, that is the Protocol for us.

You did not follow the standard way of making an appeal, however i will answer it. But first here is the punishment tracker from you:

When you where checked for having xray on the 9th of august it was after you joked around with useing xray, when checked you then had deleted some files, and decided to lie first when you were asked if you had anything that would break the rules.

It was first after being told that you were going to be banned that you told the truth.  This togetherwith the fact you have before had used an illegal mod which i remeber you also then denied at first and tried to lie to staff. Your appeal will be denied, you will have to serve the entire of your ban of 3 months. Then it should start to dawn to you that lieing to staff is not the best choice, and you should consinder following the rules.

Sending server ips or names to other servers is not allowed, neither privatly or in pulic that is the reason for your ban. Secondly try to be abit more nice in an appeal, we are not all from countries with english as the first lanauage, so yes there will be spelling mistakes.

We have rules in place for a reason, we will enforce them when needed, and we do not want people just going on to the server and sending ip addreses to other servers in private messages to players online. That said i will shortern your ban to a tempban with 1 month left. I hope you will read our rules in the mean time and follow them next time you play.

The reason in your ban is as following:

“Bypassing mute, keeps setting homes for attack. Does not want to follow the rules. this perm ban is ot appealable till atleast 2024, when there is a chance you have matured your behaviour”

You have waited for 3 months I do not believe you have matured enough to come back you can appeal again the 1st of January 2024 till then all of your appeals will be denied.

I am sure you will be happy for the fact of getting a temp mute, consindering you have a perm mute. That is the r eason for your ban. You kept on talking and talking in muted chat despite servrals warnings from me and other staff members.
We will unban you of this date, however your perm mute will stand, it will only be consindered for removal once you have not small talked in muted chat for 6 months.

You shall also noticed this is your last warning to behave on the server you have a grandtotal of: 7 bans (including this one) 37 mutes (including your perm mute) & 12 warnings. Next time you step over the line you will be perm banned, and there will be no more chances if you screw it up once you are gone forever.

Google defines “quote” as a “repeat or copy of words from a text or speech written or spoken by another person” but I assure you that I did not quote you in my previous reply, I told you; “you said I was damaging the build team’s reputation and that it would be better if I wasn’t on the build team at all” which was the entire purpose of your argument in the first place.

You implied heavily many times in the original argument that “I was damaging the build team’s reputation” to state the actual phrase I put in my reply not the one you altered to fit your side of the story but you proclaim to quote me in your response. You saw me on the build team and immediately started disputing the reason I was there, saying, “you have no criteria for [builders]” and “he’s inactive, he shouldn’t be picked” for the build team. You could not display more shitty behaviour/disrespect if you tried and you basically say that I am a perfect example of minimal standards the build team has to offer for its builders which could not be further from the truth. You state I am a part of the staff team again when persistently I tell you I am not, I am a part of the build team, they are two different things. You continue to declare that it was Script, Index and I that were being hostile towards you when you started the argument with “why is he abuilder”, persisted with it even when we said, “stop annoying us”, and still attempted to continue when we had to get Taulov online, telling you to end it.

You miss the part in my response where I say that you went along the lines of it being better if I weren’t in the build team at all mainly because it’s blatantly obvious in your “edited_zhap_logs” that you did go along those lines, however, you argue over the fact that you went along the lines of myself damaging the build team’s reputation because you know that there is a slim chance of you winning this argument due to it being more obscure in your logs. May I repeat:  “you have no criteria for [builders]” and “he’s inactive, he shouldn’t be picked” for the build team. Furthermore, the irony when you tell me I’m rude and disrespectful is overwhelming, I most definitely told you to “shut up if you don’t know what you’re talking about” and precisely 3 1/2 minutes later you try to fake disgusting evidence to help prove you’re point with; “[We have] 300 files of ratrace being racist and rude towards other players”

It truly is pathetic how you’ve tried to cling to this argument, using everything you have to try to prove how terrible staff are again even when I’m not staff, and you still try to helplessly aid your point by continuing to state I’m a part of the staff team. It pains me to think that you’ll still try to prove me wrong in upcoming replies due to your stubbornness but I know you will still try. Please though don’t try to discredit staff for no reason again, it puts unneeded pressure on the staff team and they’ve already got a ton on their plate at the moment without your poisonous tongue lashing around.
