Unban Appeal

I was recently banned for trolling by making childish jokes with the entire premish of the joke being “penis” i guess i didnt read the rules and this is childish but they were only two messages and i got no warning and got banned immediately. I feel i should have been muted or warned first. I’m not a troll which is proven by me already having spent 20 hours on the server and i was just making a dumb joke with a friend i’m in a call with. This is also the first time i did anything like this and i will definately not do it again if i get ubanned. i’m not 12 and i see i was at fault and will not do it again

Hello, fellow pirates! Earlier today, I attempted to log on to PirateCraft as I was just made aware that the server was back up and running. First and foremost, I would like to applaud Godsy and the staff team for their hard work and time spent in updating the server. I definitely did not expect the server to be back up so soon and I was pleasantly surprised and excited that it was ready to play this morning.

However, as I attempted to log onto the server, I was shocked to see I had been banned for 4 weeks. The reason for my ban was shown as “staff disrespect and bad attitude”. I talked to several staff members over the course of the day and was able to piece together that the ban was over some comments I had made a few weeks prior. Now, before I detail what was said, it is important to note that this occurred on a private, 3rd party discord which was not related to PMC whatsoever. I was speaking to a close group of friends rather than PMC and the PMC community. As for the comments I made:

I don’t remember much (as I’m quite sure that I deleted said comments shortly after they were posted), but essentially I made some very negative statements and accusations about LEGO. I’m not going to go into detail (as I don’t remember exactly what I said), but it was basically me joking about some very serious topics and what I thought of LEGO as a person. I will say that these statements are not even what I actually believe to be true about LEGO, but rather stemmed from a personal beef with him and wanting to condescend him as I was still salty. Unfortunately, I let my pride get in the way and I said these things that were way out of line. I did delete the comments after they had been posted, but somehow they got out and the damage had already been done. For that, I would like to apologize to LEGO for my abhorrent, wrong, and untrue statements. Being spiteful and malicious are not who I am, and I am ashamed that I have acted in such a way. I will strive to hold myself to higher standards of character, not just on PMC, but online interactions altogether.

To the PMC staff team:
Over the my multiple years on PirateCraft, I have gotten to know many of you very well. From my time spent on the build team and other projects, I have seen how much effort and hard work you put into maintaining the server and creating a fun, enjoyable environment for players. My attitude towards the staff has been positive and respectful. I even have the pleasure of calling many of you my good friends. Thus, the notion that I have been exhibiting “staff disrespect” is a bit confusing and quite misleading. That is just not who I am as a player and a person. Yes, I had a personal beef with a person (who is also a staff member), and I was in the wrong. However, I would not consider this to be “staff disrespect”, because I have nothing but respect for you guys and your position. I hope this label does not incline you to feel any sort of disliking or distrust towards me.

To wrap this up, I would like to thank you if you made it this far into my appeal. The comments I made towards LEGO were wrong and misleading. I am very remorseful and ashamed. I hope that LEGO and anyone else who was affected can find it in their heart to forgive me. I humbly ask that my ban be shortened so that I am able to enjoy the server with my friends and explore all the exciting new biomes and features.

Hey there

A year and a half ago i got banned from your server. I got banned for using X-Ray what is completly unacceptable, i know. But I still feel very bad for what i did. Because i really enjoyed the time i spent on your server and would really like to play more on your server. Me and my friend julob40 built such a nice base and really would like to continue building and make this place even bigger and better.

So i really beg for your mercy and give me one more chance. I promise to not mess this up again. As you have a really big server and so brilliant mechanics i have never seen before, i really would like to enjoy some more time on your server.

I would first like to apologize for my previous actions. I can not say what I exactly said at the time, for its been a while, but it would be safe to say that it included racial jokes and slurs and slandering other players. And I am genuinely sorry about it. I was a stupid person, but I believe that I have matured. If I were to be unbanned, I would play the server correctly and not break the rules. If I do break them and I do get banned again, I will not appeal it nor will I ever attempt to interact with the server, because I made the promise that I will change, but I didn’t, therefore I will accept my fate. I do apologize for my prior actions and I promise that I will do better. If you reject my appeal, I will accept it and you will never hear from me again. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Unmute Appeal

Hello, It’s Palapourheal. It’s been now 5 month and a few days that I got Permamuted. And as It’s now summer and that old friends are coming back to the server I would like to be able to speak with them before I’m gone for college. But let’s start with a quick reminder of why I got Muted. 

I was once often trolling in chat and in constant disagreement with the staff team, lockered often. And after being softmuted, I managed to bypass the chat and was able to talk. 

After this, I got permamuted. 

Now, if you are reading this you expect me to say that I am sorry etc. For sure yes Iregret what I did but Ipaid the price,  now I feel that I have changed. Been a while I haven’t visited my old friend Davy Jones, i’m no more arguing with staff, and I have been active in the community to make the server a better place. (My videos about lags etc). 

I would like also say, that i have been playing actively while being permamuted, a thing that not much players do nowadays. And if I am not wrong, among the community I am not considered as a toxic Pvper or anything like that, even though I am actively pvping.

Also, if i want to be honest with myself, We can say that while i was permamuted, i used a bit too much The /helpop. And i am sorry for it, but it’s very hard to play Piratecraft which is a community server, when you can’t do any interaction. 

All i am asking is a last chance, so I can proove that i am no more a problem for the server. I would like to be able to trade again, answer people in the chat, just basics interactions. 

Now, if my appeal could be sent to a vote, I would like to see what the staff team really think of me, and to see if the majority of them want to see me muted, or to see me back in the chat.

I hope i will be able to speak again with you all.
