Unban Appeal

I have not been keeping up with changelogs and just cracking out content, so I may have forgotten things I have changed!

PirateCraft Survival

• Added Xmas World /warp xmas, or /warp event or /warp station and go through the portal. Check it on the livemap
• Added 18 custom mobs from last years Xmas event, Massive props go out to @calliemav for making these last year, I only had to tweak and change a few things to get them working again this year! Changed a few skills, timings, health/damage from a few mobs.
• Added 40 custom items that drop from custom mob deaths at /warp xmas Massive thanks goes out to @smokeyriver, Me and some players for naming all these items, their lore etc for this years custom items, can you collect all 40 items?
• Added Treasure Chest loot box system, you would have seen this before. There is a special chest at /warp cove, on the boat directly as you spawn on your left. You can left click it to see the items that can be won from the Treasure chest (Loot crate), if you have a key you can right click the key on it to open the treasure chest for a random prize (Theres an awesome CSGO Crate animation!)
  • The First PirateCraft Treasure chest is XMAS themed and is called the “Clauss Coffer” It has 16 custom items, some that cant be crafted with normal game play! Massive props go out to @MrClusterFluxin Old MrBluBeardedYeti himself! He designed all the items, tested and created this Treasure Chest!
  • HOW DO I GET KEYSSSSSSS!
    • Well get yourself down to /warp xmas and fight our two main bosses, Santa and Frostie, you can work as a team to attack these boss’s and once you kill them, everyone that dealt significant damage to the boss will be in with a 40% chance of getting a key given to them, thats right everyone that helped take down that pesky Santa claus or that Icy Frostie!
    • Too much effort? You can also /donate for a pack of 5 keys! Soon to be listed on https://piratemc.com/donate/ at present they are $2.75 for a pack of 5, and there is still a 15% off coupon “yohoho” to take advantage of.

NEW MINI-GAME!

This one has gone completely under the radar, as its still in alpha testing, but its way better gameplay than the Halloween event, which was a bit of a shambles with the Nuggets issue, The developer STILL hasn’t fixed the nugget issue, So I moved on.

So before you jump in, please note this is still alpha, and there will need to be a ton of tweaks made over time.

PirateCraft BootyWars!

PirateCraft bootywars can be played from using /server bootywars or /bootywars from survival, and soon to be a NPC and on the /play menu at /hub.

BootyWars is the Eggwars/Bedwars mini-game mode for Minecraft, but instead of an Egg or Bed you have to protect your Booty chest! This is a very mature plugin we are using to run the mini-game so its feature rich! Its got everything we need.

Massive props to @MrClusterFluxin and @Maximus for helping design, test and build. Blu smashing it again created 2 of the game worlds!

• Added entire new server, Just for BootyWars
• Added Lobby World
• Added 3 Worlds for 3 different maps
• If you have an idea for a BootyWars map, go and build it in /hub creative server and we can make it a reality, massive bonus points if its pirate themed
• New Game to come soon that will be all pirate ships on water that kills you if you fall in! Bit of a twist on the floating island gameplay!
• The feature list is too long, just get in and play.
• There will be a whole new forum created just for this mini-game to report issues, request features, post that you have created a game on creative, organise a time to play with others or in teams.
• We do plan to have some form of system to use your coins between servers in the future
• We do plan to have leaderboards for player statistics on the website for the mini game too in the future

I have definitely forgotten something I have changed or credit to someone that has helped, I will update this thread as needed when im reminded of things we have changed recently and not documented!

Firstly, the ban was 150% deserved.

I’m fully aware the actions every member of “Creed” took were toxic to the community, more so mine. I spent the best part of 6 months playing Piratecraft prior to my ban, and I had no intentions of ever doing the community wrong. 5 months into my ‘Career’ here, we had a scuffle with staff members over allegations of cheating and in game actions.

These scuffles ended with the creation of what was dubbed a ‘copycat server’. For that I apologise to both the community and Godsdead directly. This was little more than an attention grab from the entire group, and I cannot fathom how poorly this made me look, and I’d be sickened to find out.

After sleeping on this I knew I’d done something sh****, which I will never be forgiven for, and I am not looking for forgiveness. I’m hoping that you guys will look at giving me a chance to fix them. Prior to the incident, I had been muted once, and warned once, both of which were applied when I was still new to the server and hadn’t quite grasped the general rules. I’d like to think since my actions that disregarded the community, I’ve further matured (Yeah I know, hard to believe). I hope my word is enough to assure any doubts cast over my motives for attempting to be unbanned, but my fate rests in the hands of the community and staff.

I cut ties with people I used to consider friends because I blindly and stupidly followed someone to the point of breaking rules and damaging the community. I want to rebuild these relations to the best of my abilities, no matter how long it takes.

To summarise the above: I am an idiot for ever being disloyal to the community, and I hope to put things right as soon as I can.

I’d also like to note (whilst it wont make a difference to the actual appeal) I discredited the work of SeconDeath, and have had no contact with him since the day after the incident. I believe that his influence was also a large part of the reason I acted the way I did.

My actions were made out of frustration and poor judgement. It’s highly unlikely that my appeal will be heard due to the nature of my ban, however I hope this is seen for what it was; fatuity.

I also want to formally apologise for inconsiderate amounts of drama and BS that I caused the staff, and anyone else who got dragged into any of the above because of senselessness on my part.

I’d like to thank anyone who read this far for their patience as well as anyone who has helped develop the server since I was banned, and I hope that members who I wronged such as GodsDead, Markusi13, SmokeyRiver, Cysteen, CrazyPirate, JavaInvader, Keto and anyone else will see the truth behind a catastrophic mistake.
