Hello everyone, it has been a while since you guys have last heard from me. I know what I did was wrong I truly do regret my decision. I am very regretful of my decisions that I made on the server. I know that I have appealed a few months back and it was denied as I was not ready yet, I completely understand that as I jumped the gun and impulsively appealed hoping I could maybe get back in if anyone felt bad for me, this was a immature thing to do and the wrong choice on my end.

Now secondly I want to restate that I am sorry for my actions and I want everyone involved to understand that I know that what I did was completely immature and flat out stupid. There is no way around it… what I did was bad. I see that now more than ever as I have taken the time to take a step back and assess the people I talk to and the friends I hang out with and I have decided to stop talking to the friends of mine that were bad influences on me and might have had a hand in my immaturity. I have tried to start making a change in my actions

If this appeal gets denied I understand fully and I will not argue or start a fuss because I know that what I did was wrong, but I would like to know how long I should wait and what else I should change if I ever want to come back into the community, especially from the people I have been talking to.

So, Myself, Espul, and Khanye were each handed 2-week tempbans for “staff impersonation”

But, after reviewing chat-logs, it is abundantly clear that Espul and I are not even nearly guilty of what we are being punished for. He wrote his own appeal so read that for info on his side. Here’s mine:

Basically, Khanye jokingly told some sailors he was an admin and was going to ban them. It escalated a bit before them realizing it was all just a joke and they seemed to have a laugh and move on.

The problem though is that, I didn’t even participate in the ordeal. I reacted to what was going on, saying, “lol” or “lmao” a couple of times, however this was the extent of what I said in chat about the whole situation, besides one detail:

I said one questionable thing: A sailor asked, “is anyone videoing this?” And I said “I am, so we make sure you get banned later.” In a clearly joking tone, which they recognized as such further down in chat.

I am hoping to prove here (with evidence as well) that I am not guilty of what happened and was not even involved, and thus am not deserving of this punishment.

I took the time to go and screenshot such chat-logs, and you can look for yourself too. Here they are:

Khanye, Zack and I were all banned for the same amount of time (two weeks) even though I did almost nothing, and Zack DID nothing. All I did was tell someone “giv bal or ban” I can see how this is in a way “impersonating staff” but I do not feel like this is worth a two week ban. Ive talked to a couple people (staff and players) and they have stated a jail or mute was more fit for this. I feel as though i am also taking Khanye’s punishment, as his ban was deserved (he did the same thing as me but way worse and more serious). I would also like to point out that the player we said it to was told it was a joke, and didnt actually lose anything. Just wanted to get this ban either shortened, or (being optimistic) removed, as i was not aware that this was against the rules. I can assure you this will NOT happen again.</p>

Hello,

First off I want to start by apologizing to anyone who was involved such as LEGO, zack,and anyone else who was in the call. What I did was really inappropriate and I should have realised this at the time. I was trying to make people laugh and have some fun, but now looking back I realize jokes like the one I made are not appropriate or acceptable in ANY way. The 2-3 months that I was banned have given me time to think about my actions, and I realize what I did was wrong, and my ban is completely my fault, not anyone else’s.

Lego I’m sorry that I spent your time on something as inappropriate and pointless as what I did, I realize that you were only trying to do your job and you were right to report what I did.
Second off I want to apologize to any staff who have seen what I sent. It’s something completely inappropriate and disgusting, the images are not something anyone should have to look at and I’m sorry for the actions I did that have made your job harder and wasted your time.

Lastly I want to say that I have been taking some time off to mature and think about my actions, and I truly realize what I did and how it was wrong of me. I have heard that after I was banned my base was regened, and I completely understand why this was done. I think it is only fair that my base stays that way as a constant reminder to me of what I have done wrong and to prevent me from doing anything like it again.

I love PMC. It is one of the best, if not the best minecraft server I have ever played on. Its staff are great, its community is great and I notice how my actions can ruin that. If I were to be given the opportunity to come back I give my word I will become a good and positive member.

I want to close this by saying that I am truly sorry. Like really, really sorry. I take full responsibility for my actions. They are no one’s fault but my own, and I know this may seem like a desperate attempt at getting unbanned, but I really want to be seen as a new, changed, more mature Jelatin. Thank you for reading my appeal.
I understand if you don’t think I’m ready, and if you decide this. Could it be changed to a temp ban if possible

It’s been almost a year since my ban has happened, and I’d like to make another attempt at getting unbanned from PMC.

I want to apologize to staff and the players on the server for being nothing but an annoyance to everyone. I feel as if I have matured since my ban, and my in game behavior has changed a lot since last year. Over the past year, I’ve reflected on what I did wrong on PMC, and I understand what I did was wrong, and I’m truly sorry.

Unban Appeal

I’d like to begin with apologizing to you, Gods – as I know that it came off as I was attacking you/staff as a whole but I want to further explain how that was not the case and I’d never do that.

I had sent you the direct message: “please taken into account LEGO’s constant harassment against me over the last week. His now accusing me of harassing him, inciting flooding of chat after scamming me with Torkey/Xeron, and claiming around my bases & causing constant messes for admins to clean up.”

This message was sent following an argument in general chat where I was attempting to ask LEGO for the $ (nicely) and he attacked me. This argument got quite into it and then you began typing in chat / putting slow mode on. Once this happened, and following a staff members informing me that “Staff discussions were getting heated” over the scandal, I had guessed you were involved in the settling of it. I also believed this due to the fact of it being a staff-related issue. I was wrong.

I had GUESSED that you were involved with settling it and I was wrong to do so. I wanted to clarify this up in direct messages prior to being banned for it – but I unfortunately was unable to do so.

I was wrong to have guessed that you were involved, as I had (in the heat of the moment) not thought through the fact that you are not involved in moderation on the server at all. It was my mistake for asking you to consider the recent occurrences as you would not be the person to consider them whatsoever.

I apologize for going out of my way and messaging you, as you were not the person to message. But I hope that my confusion in the matter can be understood at the slightest. I do not believe I was in the right whatsoever and I understand and agree with your actions in return.

Once more, I am extremely sorry for going to you – Gods.

I only ask that you consider reducing my two week temp-ban (to calm down) to one week. I agree with the settling-down, and I’d like to step away for a week and get away from the ongoing controversy but I would like the opportunity to take part in the coming event.

Once more, I apologize and am extremely sorry and I ask for your forgiveness as I did not intend to attack you nor would I ever intend to.

Hi, I posted a request for help when land was regenerated in my base and Xeron was able to restore part of my base back to normal, but there is a good portion of my base that is still not there.  I posted replies to the post I linked with more screenshots of the affected areas.  If there is a way I could get the remaining portions of my base restored that would be great.

I am really sorry for duplicating dragon heads.  When I first started this server I was always really poor.  But one-day me and my friends were screwing around with cannons, and when Lordmasonmoney was killed he dropped a dragon head!  My friend Lordmasonmoney showed me how to do this and we sold about 7 dragon heads.  I was so excited because for once on the server I had money!  When the admin caught us.  He was going to ban us but I think he did not because I immediately dismantled the operation.  Lordmasonmoney told me the admin let us keep the dragon heads, so I decided to trust him and I immediately tried to sell the rest of my dragon heads to get this episode behind me, hence me trying to sell all our dragon heads to LEGO in one fell swoop.  After failing I went to bed.  I was woken up in the morning by my friends screaming at me for getting them banned.  I love the Piratecraft server, and it is one of my favorite pastimes.  I am really sad to get banned, and I hope my request will shine through.  I promise I will never do this again.  One more thing even if I do not get unbanned, my friends LuckyLeaf344 and Lordmasonmoney should get unbanned.  They did nothing wrong.  Well except Lordmasonmoney.  LuckyLeaf344 was just a deckie living in a house claimed by him.  I sincerely hope you can review this request.  I also understand I have benn wiped, and I will accept this punishment.

It’s been a while since you heard from me last. I would really enjoy being let back onto the beloved community of PMC. I know what I did was stupid and not right. I am very regretful of my decisions that I made on the server. I would love to be allowed to play on my favorite server once again. I strongly miss being a part of the action and good times that the server brings about. I am sorry to the staff for abusing this glitch, and bottom-line giving you guys unneeded work.
