Hello all,

I hope you have all been well, this ban appeal is written by bloatedhippo, and will be posted by Decsain as there seems to be an issue with registering for a new account on PMC’s site, and I regrettably have lost the login info for the old one.

I am writing today to appeal my previous ban that took place over a few years ago, I was banned for being a terrible player towards the end of my career on PMC and causing a lot of issues amongst the community as well as directly arguing with the owner of the server.

I will keep this short as I know you all have way better things to be doing but I would like to ask for a bit of leniency to allow my ban to be lifted so I can begin playing on PMC in my free time and being a part of the wonderful server and community once again. Throughout my time on PMC I always enjoyed it and had a blast with the uniqueness of everything the server has to offer and my behavior in my last few months of playing was outrageous and toxic to everyone and dampened their experiences. I am not going to sit here and say that I was young and didn’t know better or anything of the likes, I acted terribly and I do deeply regret it.

This week I was talking to my sister whom I used to play on the server frequently with and we were talking about all the crazy stuff we used to do on the server and how much fun it was cause truly minecraft and PMC as a whole were a big part of mine and her lives for a bit there being the only past time we delved in and I would love nothing more to experience it again and savor the fun I had in it a few years ago.

This is my appeal, I very much wish that the opportunity will be granted to allow me to be a part of this lovely server again but I can also understand your hesitancy in doing so.

(Side note from Decsain: I will pass on any decision to hippo, furthermore I want to add that hippo isn’t, and never was, some evil genius trying to down the server. I really do think he deserves another chance, and honestly would enjoy seeing him around. I am aware of the circumstances regarding part of his ban that may seem unfavorable but he’s not a bad person or player, it has been years since his ban, and perhaps its time for him to get off the blacklist.)

I would like to offer my sincerest apologies for my misconduct and I take full responsibility for it. I understand that my inappropriate behavior has caused problems for the community and I plan to do everything in my power to amend the situation.

I was not in the right state of mind when I screen shared those images in my f3. It was a poor lapse of judgement for myself, this is not something I have done previously and something I will definitely not do again, especially after the hurt I have caused upon you, the staff and the community.  My state of mind and behavior now is unrecognizable and I guarantee you will not see any more immature ‘shenanigans’ like before.

Whilst being away from the community, I have been seeking guidance from my parents and friends on trying to be a better person online and in real life. The burden of my actions have caused significant heartache, as the server and community mean a lot to me. The server is one I have grown up with and hope to continue as I develop in life.

I know now my actions were borderline unforgivable but I ask for you to stretch out your merciful hands and give me a second chance. It has been 2 years since my ban and I know I have changed as a person in these two years.

I know that in order for me to be forgiven, you must feel comfortable with me. My actions have disrupted that. I hope to heal what I broke. I have great faith in the server and staff, and I do not want my actions to jeopardize the great work you do for the server. Again, I apologize profusely for my misconduct, and I promise it will not happen again.

The three year mark is coming up on my ban, and I’m going to be sending in my final appeal. Since being banned almost three years ago, I’ve changed a lot. I don’t really interact with anyone who plays PMC, but I keep wanting to come back. My ban and punishment history is mostly over the span of a couple months’ time, and I regret my actions. I won’t repeat any of the toxic behavior I had displayed previously, and I think my gameplay and chatting will reflect that if I’m to be unbanned.

Unban Appeal

Hey mod team, it’s been a while – Five years, in fact. Back in 2017, I was banned for using X-Ray. Immediately afterward, in my childish and vain attempt at an unban, I tried to make a fake video of when I got banned (which was obviously a rejected appeal). A few days afterward, I hopped on an alt, and got it banned too. I have no excuse for any of these things, and these bans were entirely deserved, though I still remember having a lot of fun on this server, and I think about it often. Today I thought, “Hey, it’s been five years, maybe I should try to make a ban appeal, surely five years is a sufficient consequence for X-Raying and ban evading.” So, here I am. I understand if you guys make the decision to maintain enforcement of my punishment, and I’d like to thank you for your time regardless.

Some of you may know me from the past due to toxicity towards some of the players and staff of PMC, and some of you might know me for different reasons, good or bad. On my time in PMC I had racked up 8 mutes, and 1 previous ban for xray. I was banned due to how toxic I was in the past, but I believe that in the 1 year and 5 months since my ban I have matured. I wanted to let you know that I am not intending to spam the forums and if this gets denied I will respect any decisions made by staff and I will refrain from appealing for a longer period of time than I have so far.</p>

My reasoning behind this was so I could take some time to reflect on my past actions and decisions and focus on improving myself rather than lingering on my past mistakes and never moving on. I can undoubtedly assure that ALL of the mistakes that I have made playing on PMC will not be repeated, and that means ALL not just the big mistake that got me banned.</p>
 
<p dir=”ltr” style=”caret-color: #000000; color: #000000; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;”>I truly see why I needed to be punished for my actions 7 months ago, and I see that anything even slightly similar to that is completely unacceptable and deserves punishment no matter the circumstances. The reason I am appealing is because I want to prove to my peers and friends that I am no longer a disrespectful, immature, and impulsive kid who can’t see the issues is things or learn from his mistakes. </p>

Although now that I have taken a step back and noticed my mistakes as well as work on improving myself so I don’t repeat them, I believe that I am ready to come back to the server and to add to the community in a positive way. </p>
