It’s perfectly legal, unless he died then /back’d. If he is actually harassing, let’s say 6 kills (5 puts him automatically in jail) or more within a certain time frame. Your report suggests he killed him only twice within that time frame, did turseturtle die a lot more?

Aaaaaaactually…there was a (fairly) recent staff thingy confirming it is only ok for non-pvp purposes. Given that they  were on at the time, I’m sure @smokeyriver, @lawzoneon, and @lucky can confirm.

I replied to this thread this morning without knowing anything about what you did/staffs reactions to your behaviour, so this is edited.

• Do not use peoples private information to try and intimidate and bully players, this is a crime called “Stalking”, this is why you were warned and temp banned originally.
• Do not try and create drama/trigger staff by creating “confusion” from forum threads in an attempt to get other people involved.
  Its a temp ban, you ride it out, its that simple, I have had messages sent from your crew to all staff looking for a bypass to your tempban.
• You have not taken ANY responsibility in your actions or even any remorse for them, you have just argued that they were not deserved for your stalking behaviour.
• A temp ban is a temp ban, its just that you wait it out. you do not message every staff about it and get your entire crew involved creating drama in the process.
• Your “extension” wasn’t discussed with staff chat and must have been a miss-communication.

Your alt account, which is Letsquirrel was allowed on the server after you talked to GodsDead, he allowed you to come back and banned your JoeyGames account.

However, (unbeknown to you,) you logged back in as Joey and tried connecting to the server, which triggered a subsequent IP ban. I believe in this forum topic it was lifted.

-You have however been named as one of many chargebacks, which can cause many legal problems for GodsDead, which I think were sorted out, I cannot tell.

@smokeyriver Might need to respond, or talk with other staff before deciding if you’ll be unbanned.

Unfortunately also I do not know when you were banned, if it was recently you are unlikely to be unbanned, I would state too that you haven’t even acknowledged why you got banned, -even without knowing on the punishment tracker info, you could have at least tried to give an idea as to why.

So until somebody tells us why you were banned or you tell us (if you think you know) and when you were banned, not a lot is going to happen.

Yes he was banned for being my alt, he uses my old account. Idk why we have to same ip. i dont even know why he was banned he didnt do anything wrong. he uses my old account. smokeyriver said he needed to make a unban request to be let back in

From what i heard it does sound like Smokey accessed a chest with a stone brick on top, even if she won’t admit to it(i was online with ConnorCorn that day during the raid and if it wasn’t Smokeyriver. Jusa or Mystic were hacking). And i don’t think a staff should jail you fore disagreeing with them. That is messed up. You don’t 24hr jail someone for misunderstanding a situation.

You got banned because porn is +18 plus material, despite this being a ‘mature’ server, there is a variety of immature people (such as yourself and those of an age below 18), then you get these curious immature people who then go search this shit for themselves and expose themselves to content beyond their age or still developing minds, this then fucks with these developing minds, and then you also find that what you did was infact illegal to some extent for supplying links or whatever to underage persons.

The exchange between you and Smokey started at 12:30 am. You had been bugging Cysteen. Cys asked you to stop you did not cys ignored you and asked smoke to tell you to stop. Which is what cys should have done.

You responded by arguing the validity of a staff member telling a player to not talk with another player. Then continued baggering and being contentious on purpose to aggravate smokey and try to spin it to make her look like the one at fault. This is a ploy used by narcissistics’s to confuse people into doubting themselves so the predator/offender comes off looking as if they are the victim. Its called gaslighting.

This went on for the next hour until smokeys patience ran out and you were still only temp muted for an hour.

While you were muted you to the time to make this post then slowly started back to annoying smoke in chat when then temp mute was done over the course of the next 2 hours.

Finally after 4 and a half hours you were banned.

So 1 temp mute 1 soft mute and ban over a 4 and half hour ordeal. That could have been avoided if you would have done as asked and just left cysteen alone. But you made the choice to continually escalate the situation.

The bottom line is, you didnt like being told what to do and made a choice to push the situation disregarding what a staff member had asked. Everything after that was a result of that choice.

Staff are all volunteer and dont receive any compensation so the fact that smokey, vape, and the network put up with this for that long is a testament to their patience. They were nice enough to give you 2 chances to drop it and just play and enjoy yourself and you messed that up.

Sorry but thats the end of this story.
