Also: I’ve noticed a lot that we are unable to run new ideas because of, and I qoute, “.. developers not taking their fingers out of their asses.” Well: why do we have to rely on developers for amazing plugins? I’m sure we could be able to make Custom-Plugins: which would make PirateCraft a more bootiful and unique server then ever! That’s what MC is all about; taking your dreams, and making them a “reality”

@BeckyTheSexy If you want to complain about anyone’s behavior, I recommend making a Report with at least 3 pieces, of hard, cold, undeniable evidence. This means, A. Screenshots B. Video Also review /rules before making your report; it’ll be embarrassing if you’re just complaining.

Another suggestion is thus: Trade Route. On the Seas, it was usually Pirates v.s. All, and All included Merchants, Kingdoms, other Pirates etc. And so: we already have the other Pirates and “King”doms, all we need are the Merchants! (TBH: Wog inspired me with this; @Wog hi :3 )

So maybe we could have NPC towns that deal in specialized goods instead of player driven economy stores. This would add a more Economic aspect to the game; allowing more players to make money; AND it will drive the use of ships for cargo: instead of just doing /warp shop/trade/skyshop

Ex. NPC Town Fargi deals in Spruce Wood but Needs Iron NPC Town Aradia deals in Iron but Needs Spruce Wood

– So you would take Wood from Fargi: sell it: use the Profits to buy Iron at low price: then sell it for greater profit back in Fargi. Oh, this is assuming you survive with ships intact and your bodily remains are all in one spot.

This aspect of the game is quite lacking, not only would it encourage the use of ships and Naval PvP; but add a more Pirate oriented playstyle to the game. Also: the NPC example I gave is a Puuurfect example: we would have to make it a bit harder then that: so player’s actually have to construct trade routes to maximize profits. And maybe in the NPC towns: there is a little marked where you can deal in second hand goods or rare items.

The trade routes would also spark some Kingdom vs Kingdom rivalry, as players vie for clear and safe passage on the Seas, and maybe we’ll get a war or two on control of the Routes.

Well, Becky, Mr. CrazyPirate is right.
This is a Pirate-themed server, which means raids and killing are important factors in making this game… Well.. Pirate-themed.

And, of course, Pirates probably used to curse a lot as well, but this server has rules even you need to follow! I am sure you read them?
Just in case you didn’t (which is very unlikely of course! It would be odd if you started talking about rules you never even read yourself Ha-Ha!):

• No spam
• English language only
• No Excessive caps
• PG Rated chat, Keep the swearing limited. (<–this one might be useful to read a few extra times )
• No offensive structures
• No building within eyesight of spawn

However, I must admit that what they did is extremely childish and noobish. Yet still, it is not against the rules.

Really? Read the rules thoughly. Do /rules and /rules 2.  You are told when you join to read them. One of them is whatever iamthereaper or godsdead says, goes. So straigh away, you’d broken one. Then there is the rule about no gaming stats. You’ve broken. Then there’s you pointlessly arguing against the fact you griefed the server when claims where down. So, I suggest a  new rule along the lines of  “if the sever is suffering from technical difficultys, then inform staff and do not grief” or to that effect.

In times of crisis, the best thing to do is to share a badly punctuated story and use caps lock. Btw godsdead, with regards to the server going back,  will peoples valence also go back to that time, or will balance remain as it is?

Apologies for standing back on this. I’ve come to some sort of parlay I guess, or form of justice.

1. Jail time, duration to be discussed. Stripped of all items from which, will be added to a shop. Their lands then open for you to seige and raid as you see fit.

This will also be a FINAL warning.

2. Ban! Stripped of all items from which, will be added to a shop. The lands will then be unclaimed and yours for the taking.

This will apply to all hattawi!.

I like to think I’m a little more firm and harsh with punishment. But as this caused so much issue I feel either is suitable. For the time being I’d go with option 1. For at least until Godsdead has reached a decision.

Jail time is open for discussion, but 7 days real time should be minimum.

Please do not ask for such n such item, it will not happen!. All items will go to a shop and then for you to get the gold. Its the fairest way I could think of. Saves further arguments and uneccessary torment.

I hope this would relieve a lot of tension and for you to feel that, something is finally happening with this issue.

basically when in the FFA your classed as in pvp mode.

quitting while in pvp mode kills you and drops your items, althougha  crash, it still considers you as logging out.

Godsdead might be able to recover your inventory as the arena stores the last 5 inventories you had when loggin in, but seein as the arena has been closed in this time, it may reset.

fingers crossed but youll need to ask gods in game as you cant restore unless your both online anyway.
