So let me get this extremely clear @Minecraftventura since you think you have everything figured out.

First of all, how dare you take this tone with me, If you do not like how I have spent hours and hours and hours making sure nothing is lost to upgrade the minecraft server up to the latest version which is updated automatically by clients, then you can leave the server immediately. DO NOT come on here and insult me because you don’t like the way MOJANG / Microsoft has updated minecraft, how dare you propose that I am responsible for he changes made in 1.9. I will not tolerate this disgusting behaviour.

Personally I think the changes are positive, and in the right direction, they need adjustment, but with the disgusting impantiece of these people who refuse to wait for the 1.9.3 updates and future updates, they refuse to recognise the terrible PVP mechanics of minecraft as a whole. The fact you can literally walk through someone and spin around and attack them is beyond me. or Maybe you just don’t understand jokes?

You need to read the actual 1.9 threads on the forums, there is an actual discussion about the future of gapples.

Yes, its the combat update, Mojang/Microsoft made this update, this is not a server that is just for the die hard PVP’s is it? Im not going to change how the very basic mechanics of the game work to cater for you and your crews?!? Have you even thought this through? before you started on your rant?  OBVIOUSLY when peoele join a sever they expect it to work similar to the way the actual game has been updated/created, if you change how VERY basic things work, then they get confused or think theres bugs because 1-2 small groups of children that have watched a youtube video saying “1.9 PVP is baddddd” start complaining.

There I was, building my city, when a man, who shall remain anonymous, knocked on my gate, this is his story, word-for-word from the interview:

[Me (M)]- “so, [REDACTED], you say you have some information on why the 1.9 update is taking so long to get to PirateCraft, tell me about that.”

[NOTE: this was prior to the 1.9 update unleashing onto PirateCraft]

[Anonymous (A)]- “yes, thats right, I dont have much time, admins and GodsDead himself are monitoring the logs, looking to see any wistleblowers, I’m gonna have to delete some log info after this, I’m taking a huge risk here, I hope you know.”

[m]- “Yes, I see, now, please tell me the info you wish to share, I have a word document open.”

[A]- “ok, a while back, the admins all had a little meeting, they wanted to discuss the 1.9 update, with the recent banning of Elexander, the discussion was brought up of PvP crews getting stronger than they already are due to the updates more realistic fighting mechanics.”

[m]- “I see, what was said?”

[A]- “well, they wanted to start monitoring PvP crews more closely, CoV, Solis, even Creed, they were fearing an uprising, and they thought this update may just be the final straw.”

[m]- “But some of the admins are apart of CoV, how did they think they would react to this?”

[A]- “they tried to convince us that those crews are too powerful, they wanted us to spy on them.”

[there is a pause of around a minute]

[m]- “you still with me, [REDACTED]?

[A]- “yeah, I’m here, editing the data log.”

[m]- “I see, and why are you telling me this?”

[A]- “because you’re trustworthy, truth is, I dont know”

[A]- “the server is about to restart, I wont be on after it, if you’re gonna discuss this with someone, have it be everyone”

the conversation ends, the next day he refuses to talk about the topic, and a while later, suposedly due to a civilian knowing of this scheme, the server is updated to 1.9, no admin ever discussed this topic with me again

@GodsDead I don’t make things up out of thin air I have sources who I consider reliable. This also was not a question from just me but many players. If it’s not something you did then I’ll just but it out there as a statement. 1.9 came and redstone got stabbed in the chest. Just wanted to put the problem out there. I like to be helpful but please don’t treat me like a child when I get one part of it wrong. You not being the one who did it doesn’t mean it aint broke. Anyway I’m liking the other thoughts you’re tossing around for the Elytra and stuff and agree it needs to be very hard to get.

You’re not meant to /back to get ur stuff back, I believe GodsDead told me that.

Hello Godsdead, oke our crew is growing and we have more then 100 crew members. Lot of them are not active players they join and never come back online. So we want to kick them out of the crew. They are not leaders I dont know them personaly so if they changed there names idk because they are never online what i do is: /crew kick name then is says they are not in my crew like law said in his comment. The only thing i can see is that they are longer then 3 months ofline Thanks for taking a look at this.

Again, still I need specifics, please give me an example. Without telling me who you are trying to remove I can’t do anything, I need at least 3 examples of people that can’t be kicked.

I think this is a hack, but it’s likely you’ve lost your items, as the server doesn’t refund them.
