@godsdead If the server is currently using NoCheat, isn’t there a config option called “hover ticks” which is basically a limit of ticks for which a player can “fly” for before the plug-in assumes that the player is flying and kicks them from the server? Couldn’t this number just be increased a bit to account for server lag, client lag, and poor PC performance? Or maybe tweak combat log a bit so that it allows a 10-20 second log in period before it kills you and drops your items?
@godsdead you could do this, or you could make it so that a disconnect as a result of a kick doesn’t kill you when you are combat tagged

The wiki is to allow players to adapt pages on the website for adaptation later to help me out, by NO MEANS does whatever someone writes on the wiki mean its rules to the server.
It would be ludicrous to write down specifics for every do/don’t, absolut;y mind bogglingly insane, if I did it for 1 rule I would have to write out 2000-5000 other rules for every can I cant I, The wording for the main rules has been picked very specifically to be an overview of “Dont be a twat, and dont abuse anything” For instance back abuse comes under rule 1 and 9. Adding specific rules to cater to the moronic isnt the right way to do it, its listed on the wiki for the stupid.

Hello people of piratecraft, my name is Chasedillon123, and I am an avid lover of history, politics, and art. Recently on other servers I have seen little buildings dedicated to the history of the server, along with pieces of art, rare player heads, and other important items. I would like to suggest and volenteer to create one of these on this server.
The reason I have put this in the requests section of the forum is simple, yet a hard issue. The trouble is, players may not trust giving rare, important, or sentimental items to a random player that can be raided or take the items for himself, the for this reason I am asking if I may be allowed to build in a server protected area and be given building rights which I have seen other players (such as fly, which i have seen a close friend being granted, building materials i can provide myself) granted in order to ensure the safety of any artifacts that may be given to me, and to be sure I am under a watchful eye when being given important artifacts.
Now to the part you’ve been waiting for, what exactly will be featured if this idea is implemented? Well, firstly, I would plan to implement several general sections, including:
- Religion
- Politics
- Warfare
- General
Also these are the types of objects meant to be stored here:
- Religious objects
- Rare player heads
- Special documents (such as Map 0 or a constitution)
- Weapons/armor with special history or signifigance
- Inventions (this one is at the discression of me or people in the future who may help)
- Special pets?
- Banners
You get the idea, hope this gets through!
Also I dont wanna be a whiny kid asking for build perms, its your choice if you wanna grant them staff, i just wanna make it easier for people to trust this society with historical artifacts.

im curious about the helper position when you get around to it, Gods. I do want to learn more about it after you get that set up
till then, gl to those that have applied ^-^/I havent put much thought into it, it would just be a more stripped down and limited commodore I think, so it would limit temp mutes to 30 mins max, no tempbans, jail cell time limit too to a cell that the player cant be harmed. Maybe a custom warp area for helping players? I think once we get that warp east up and running as a tutorial island it might be a good location, adding a help chat channel to help out people, so they dont get drowned in chat that only helpers+ can invite people into help and kick them out when they are done. Im thinking it would be a second inherited rank, so visually They might have a different badge or something. any other ideas?

This “Lew” Salt turd, got himself banned for being rude and nasty, best friends with SeconDeath. They created a rip off copy of PirateCraft, caused a ton of drama, and this Lew made up a ton of bullcrap lies and Drama to try and slander me, he convinced secondeath I was the devil and they both ended up getting banned. Long story short Lew was using Secondeath for his own personal gains (last I heard), it was a pointless shitstorm that never needed to happen, caused by Lew creating lies and drama, Its been long done and over with until he popped his arrogant face into the forums just now, so lets ban the slug and lets not talk a word about it, as its not worth the typing. -Case closed, do not take the conversation off track.-
