I am M4RT3S, member of the Juice Pirates, Apple’s crew . I have an issue, which is a permanent ban that I got a few days ago, before the site went down. As many know my english level is not the highest and I have got some time to get my post corrected before posting it.

The ban was made after I, xMadMonkeyx and TheSmilingFlea sieged Witcher_Geralt, who is an enemy of the crew because of him attacking us unreasonably. While we were destroying soft blocks looking for a way in we got in a room. xMadMonkeyx ventured first and got sucked in the floor , dying. I came too and died in exact same way by being glitched down in stone bricks, while creating a way in soft blocks where I found myself in a hole between some chests.

AppleJK made me a favour by recording glitch test with some witnesses and see if he could purposedly glitch through a wall or through a floor. He tried with a super enchanted pickaxe.
I have only heard of people glitching through iron doors and chests , but never anout walls , unless we talk abount “the king/princess”, who has using specific hackeed clients(?).
AppleJK tried in siege mode as much as he could and found out a massive bug that allows you to glitch through a floor when you break a block under your feet, at the first attempt! That means that if you don’t know about the bug you may break some blocks around for instant peeks to other rooms. Another option is that you are just digging down some cobblestone and before noticing you reached a stone brick floor you break it and get through.

How do you know that I didn’t know about the bug? How do you know that I did know about the bug?I rely on the reputation I have built in these months in order to give you an answer.
I am known to fight a lot, in arenas and in assaults, and known, I hope, for interesting , fair duels and skirmishes. Being with Apple in the Juice Pirates has been fantastic: I thought I came here to “play”, but we found out we were here to travel , to fight for certain ideals, to sail a galleon , to explore the depths of the oceans , to follow our Minecraft dreams. We truly seek to be free, go where the wind blows. Apple sails to become a great swordsman, and so does the crew with their own desires. There is the one who travels to make experience in terraforraforming, the one who seeks all the alcohol recipes and so on. Unless many other crews that rise and fall, we are a crew to last until our dreams will be reached. With them, I switched from becoming a great warrior against everybody including innocents , like I used to do in previous servers, to hunting only the real bad guys, those who deserve some fight back. Apple tells us the history of other crews and we understood that political knowledge is the real difference between us and those who attack randomly. We are not interested to “see Piratecraft from another perspective” and change side depending on our mood. Pirate life is our way and we couldn’t breath here without it. It’s a griefprevention server and we can cope with everything, we never attack first wee sek global queiet in the server. I have made a long path and I do not want external advantages to beat someone’s level.
One thing is when an enemy beats me, so I know that I was stopped and I need to get stronger.But if I get stopped by a ban, which is out of the game, out of my pirate world, I don’t know what to do.
I would like you to tell me, at least, what image have I given you until today. I am not looking for the opinion of Witcher_Geralt,who pressured my ban and is the autor of garbage like this:

I am looking for the view of those who met me at least once and maybe don’t even know I was banned. Is my reputation coherent with the glitching accusations? Am I a random player that just wants to spend his time in some way and has no need to care about the server’s rules? Am I glitcher? Who am I?
