Short story, you have waste staff time and to quote what Xeron said to you back on 5/12/2019

“You’ve blown your chances, we’re all sick and tired to death. Use this time wisely and find a new community, start afresh, make new friends online”

You are not goning to get unbanned, not today, not tomorrow not ever. What you did is what is to blame. You have learned a vauable lesson actions have consequences. And the consequences of these actions are that you will never be allowed back on this server.

Its been a while since someone has done something like this. The last list that has been made was in 2018 July by Xeron. It can be found >Here<.

This list serves as a reference point, and comparison to the PMC of 3 years 7 months ago O_O im getting old.

Im gonna try to include as many crews as I can (I’m NOT gonna mention every crew in existence or 2 hour old deckhand crews).

Here are the rules / key points (similar to Xeron’s and Paul’s original list)

1. This is based off data from the 17th of February. It is entirely
possible that people have changed crews, come back from inactivity, or founded
new crews in the meantime.
2. “Active Players” count as any players that were active in the
last 30 days.
3. Some crew descriptions from the previous list have been carried forward,
asl ong as they are still relevant and/or the exact same crew.
4. I tried to avoid 1 – 2 man crews and will only be including those that
are worth of mention.
5. The crew names are spelt as they are in-game. including typos and
spacing issues.
6. If I forget any crews feel free to message me on Discord! #Tulips4681 or
beneath this post
7. Honorable mentions are people that are well known and have been active recently.

So recently I’ve been getting more into the brewing side of PMC. It’s really fun to mess around and try to get your brews up to 5 stars. However I’ve all but run out of new brews to make, because few people sell recipes and it’s not easy to just guess the ones from the website by name. Now I know Xeron left so there is no one to run the brewing operations. There are hundreds of recipes on the website that are un discovered, and many of the ones that are discovered were by players who lost since went inactive. As a player who joined in 2020, I don’t have access to the old brew hints that used to be put up at /warp brewing, nor can I ask those now inactive players for the hints. So I really have no way of discovering the many brews listed on the website. I’m just wondering if a staff member, probably an admin, could maybe take a few minutes to look back at Xeron’s notes and maybe re-release the brew hints for older recipes. Not the functional brews probably because veterans would get angry, but more common alcoholic brews. it would give the new player base more opportunity to discover the brews for themselves and move on from just making tequila and grog. This is not a criticism of the server in any way, just wondering if us newer players could get a shot at rediscovering old brews. 🙂

What you did to Xeron was not only a break of trust, but extremely toxic and disrespectful. Honestly I feel the second you return to PMC you’re going to go and associate with the same people who turned you into a toxic edgy child again, and history will repeat itself.

Hmmm from what I can see on your punishment tracker it seems like Xeron gave you a perm ban in 2018, but then it was revoked at some point.

Latter on you received multiple warnings all in a few days time of each other the first being on the 7th of November 2020 and then again on the 13 and once more on the 17th. I’m not sure what it all entailed, but I would wager you were put in the locker for a reason. My personal guess is you know this and are hoping for a reversal on a punishment you never fully completed aka mine 2k of sand. That’s just my opinion on the subject. Below is posted your punishment checker for reference.

Most likely got caught in a tidy up around warps/spawn if it was close, I know that @xeron has been doing some big clean ups recently, you have a 10 day window to get it back from when it was regenerated, if it was done 1-3 months ago, no chance in getting it back this late reporting.

For terminology sake, you are requesting a restore from backup. Speak to Xeron who has been doing mass cleanups recently and show him the area it was.

@Xeron I messaged you a personal apology as well however I am unsure if you viewed it, we have had a few arguments in the past and rightfully you are not fond of me because of it, however I am sorry for the issues that we had as I have said many times I acted as if I was entitled to play on the server. I feel like a lot of my anger was also placed on you too and I do want to formally apologize and am posting it here in case you do not use discord as much anymore.

I am sorry for everything I have done and I really do hope you take into consideration that I am ready to be a supporter of the server and a great part of the community.

I really do hope you will let me back on the server I do not plan on having any further punishments not even a mute for talking fast in chat I truly just want to be part of the community again.

I do have a suggestion if it may make you all more comfortable with me being on the server again, what if even if I get 1 warn for everything it is a instant perm ban? I truly don’t plan on causing issues and just want to play by the rules and have a great time with all of you.

Yes I have had a ton of punishments on my punishment tracker and I feel it is best for me to explain them.

Ban ID 1 = lasted only 10 seconds and was a punishment from java just messing around it was by no means actually because of hacks.

Ban ID 2 = I said to a friend of mine lets go pvp on here, this counted as advertising and i didnt do it again. This was lowered to 1 day for a ship battle because I didnt actually say the servers name just stated THE server since I knew my friend would know what i was talking about this was indeed against the rules but there was some confusion.

Ban ID 4 = This was just for a minute this was just from a heated debate with a enemy of mine.

Ban ID 6 = A friend of mine was muted I messaged him jokingly that the owner was abusive, this was stupid of me because my friend was truly in the wrong I was just trying to have his back to which I was banned reasonably so.

Ban ID 7 = Chat spam

Ban ID 8 = Chat spam

I had a real issue with

Ban ID 9 = Trying to protect a friend again *sigh* Im looking at you melon.

The others are mutes and the bans are from me manipulating shops with a nether portal which lead to a bigger shop and using the chat system to exit combat. I just wanted to point out these specific bans to show that they were not all from me directly trying to be malicious to the server, yes I did deserve the bans for doing these things because I disregarded the rules and played as if I could do whatever I want. I am not here to argue these I just wanted to list them so you could understand a bit better why it is so high. Were they all wrong yes, were they all just yes, but were they all to be malicious, No not intentionally but I do apologize for it because intended or not it was malicious to the staff and the server and I plan on having not even a single mute this time around.

Thank you for your time to write a reply however even though it was against me I do want this to be a fair thing I understand most dont want me on the server and I have to say I was quite surprised by how many do. I hope this reply may have changed your mind just a bit that I may deserve another chance. I see the term thin ice being tossed around and I think that I should be watched like a hawk for my previous record but I honestly wouldn’t have made a ban appeal just to cause more harm to the server. I truely just want to be able to play on it again and enjoy it like you.
