As for the three month ban, that was created during his three day ban that was for using a command block that was left at cove over a hundred times. His ban was changed to three months within this period as his other punishments were considered regarding previous events. It was soon after changed to permanent when one of the staff members noticed his account had an alternate username he had been using. (That’s another story that was in discussion between staff)

To say a majority of the staff members agreed on it being switched back is not 100% correct. Only a couple staff members voiced opinions on this, and yes the majority of those that did speak were considering changing it to a temporary ban. But, for now this is the decision and there has been nothing but drama around this topic. In the future a temporary ban may be brought into consideration again. But for now I believe it is best to step back and just wait for a while.
In the end simple x-rayers have had to wait 6 months for using a resource-pack that gives an advantage of seeing ores. I think the things Gods has spoken about can justify at least waiting a while before asking to be considered again.

I’m going to do what no one else seems to have the guts to do and go against you on this one godsy. Ultimately, you do have the final say and everyone will respect that, however I personally do not feel as though Mystic is being treated in a way that reflects the rest of the server’s opinion- including many of your staff members.

The glitching bans was door glitching. It’s not hard to do using lag and spam breaking a door with crappy internet if you really want to. It is not, however, a hacked client. The advertising warning was a warning given for stating the abbreviation for a minigames server that is not universally enforced with warnings. Plenty of people say both the name and abbreviation for this server in teamspeak and in game and are not punished for this offense across the board.

The racist comments, and abusing the command blocks are both very valid offenses and are reported and were punished appropriately in my opinion.

I realize I’m walking a very thin line right now by openly going against you godsy, but I really don’t understand why his appeal was denied when a majority of staff members agreed with it being switched back to a 3 month ban.

The positives to him coming back would be the entirety of the senior player base, aside from maybe 1-2 players, really want him back. He was a good friend to most of us and we enjoyed him being on the server a lot. I realize I will probably get yelled at for this thread, and probably shot down, maybe even muted/banned for it..but it really just doesn’t make any sense why he’s being permanently banned. I also know I speak for a lot of people with this thread, most of whom don’t want to contradict you or give off the potential image of not being a yes person, when I ask these questions. Regardless of how you choose to respond to this, and what punishment I end up receiving, these questions needed to be asked so eh screw it why not ask.

Stop acting arrogant as if you have any decision or say in what staff does. This post is obviously pretentious. You read it 500 times: In /rules, the piratecraft bible, all over the place: HACKING IS NOT ALLOWED. If you were too blind to see that x-ray is a serious offense then you don’t deserve to come back on the server for a long time.

Also it would be nice if you spelled correctly.

Alright this is my message to anyone that wants to go and harass hydra for this.  This is not what I intended.  I wanted to explain the reasoning and why I was banned.  Please do NOT go after anyone or anything I mentioned in there.  Hydra knows what they did was wrong, and they have already been yelled at by staff members in the past.  So please for the love of god, stop starting drama, you are making the situation 10,000 times worse doing so.  Just calm down and forget about the situation.  Please… I don’t want to start conflicts between players that have known and played with eachother for years.  We are a family.  Do not let this pointless drama tear us apart.  And like Max said, nothing can be done without proof anyway, as of now I looked through and have found no screenshots or videos of the incident.  So please do not treat them differently because of this.  It is not their fault I was banned, It is entirely mine.

I don’t know what RoMich’s problem with you right now is or whatever, or even if he has one.

BUT from every single post I have seen in the past few weeks from different people- including yours, about raiding, it has always been “this and that has done this”, and what is has been is people complaining about themselves getting raided in this game. Instead of complaining, unless if it really does become harassment, to which you feel and can prove that there is proper resentment towards you, then no one is often going to give a damn.

Another thing that comes under this is a lack of or insufficient proof. If it is happening every single time you play as it comes across, I recommend recording your gameplay and uploading it if something occurs, and to document every single instance and the times, what is said and what you say also.

This may seem over the top, and a lot of people don’t have to get the amount of proof I have described, but any aggravating player in question is often well known for their actions, usually other people have reported them on the forums and produced sufficient evidence, and people will support you for it- in this case, NO ONE has, even Max, a person who knows the rules better than his own skin, has said nothing wrong has occurred- you must also note that staff monitor things like this all the time, and do track and take notes, and not once in one of these ‘complaints’, have they said anyone has done something wrong.

I don’t know if I’m missing something (maybe due to my lack of ingame activity) but a lot of these ‘reports’ recently have just been a tonne of people complaining about petite, perfectly normal gameplay.

The last thing I want to say, which has literally little to do with the complaints itself, is to do with the player vaults/bases/castles/forts/huts/towns/cities/church/van/basement/farm/ship/country being raided- Is that the actual infrastructure of the base is laughable, where these people complain of their stuff being stolen and their chests emptied is often due to either insufficient claim radius (that being people finding it way to easy to enter your base via chorus fruit, they can’t use it in your claim unless you give them access) or people using the incorrect blocks for defence, leaving doors open for slightly too long or not even covering their damn chests- again with appropriate blocks.

The way you sort this is by getting wise and correcting your faults, no need to report someone if you don’t get raided.

Sorry to rain on your apology, just wanted to get this out. Good luck with your ‘light’ interrogation- which I would have called something else as questioning sounds a lot nicer than interrogation. Actually nah, next time put light water-boarding. 😛

Since I have replied to this maybe 40 times, here is a copy and paste.

• Walking around while sailing
• Boarding a ship while sailing
• Crafting while sailing
• Loading a cannon while sailing
• Firing a bow while sailing
• PVP battle while sailing

You cant do ANY of those if you increase the speed of a ship, as all the ship is doing is teleporting you very fast when it moves.

We spent a very long time actually testing speeds, a VERY long time. Speed isn’t something we pulled out a hat.

If the developer ever fixes the turning and water ships from the updated version of the ship plugin, we will have 100000x more options to just test things live, the current version I cannot do that as a reload is needed to update any ship types, its awful.
