Alright, so, as you know, I have recently been temp-banned for 4 months for “Glitching and sethome”. While I admit I did in fact try to do this, (glitch open a chest through a block and have a sethome), I would still like to clear a few things up. Firstly, the set home that I used once was not in an attempt of any offensive gameplay. In fact, the sethome was for defensive purposes only. If you look through the /messages, you will find my goal was actually defend the island from IronAR and his goon. I was using the sethome to defend and to defend only. Now, secondly, I did in fact glitch and try to open a chest through a block. However, in the end no items were stolen. Although I don’t believe this was worthy of a 4 month ban, I will take the punishment welcomely if the admins deem me worthy of it. However I swear if y’all do unban me, I’ll stop this nonsense I have been coming up with.My sincerest apologies,

Its been a while since someone has done something like this. The last list that has been made was in 2018 July by Xeron. It can be found >Here<.
This list serves as a reference point, and comparison to the PMC of 3 years 7 months ago O_O im getting old.
Im gonna try to include as many crews as I can (I’m NOT gonna mention every crew in existence or 2 hour old deckhand crews).

Here are the rules / key points (similar to Xeron’s and Paul’s original list)
1. This is based off data from the 17th of February. It is entirely
possible that people have changed crews, come back from inactivity, or founded
new crews in the meantime.
2. “Active Players” count as any players that were active in the
last 30 days.
3. Some crew descriptions from the previous list have been carried forward,
asl ong as they are still relevant and/or the exact same crew.
4. I tried to avoid 1 – 2 man crews and will only be including those that
are worth of mention.
5. The crew names are spelt as they are in-game. including typos and
spacing issues.

{overview}=I, and multiple more in my crew and allied crews was told by staff that CIT packs were not allowed, Ironar was using one yesterday, He told Lego that he wouldn’t use it again nor would he give it to others, Today me and some of my crew members noticed they were all using “Woo” as their armour name, Which is the same armour CIT name as Ironar use. Lego saw everything cause he was there and may of took screenshots. The reason I am making this is because it mainly gives a big advantage in pvp, It gives different colour armour to enemies and allies meaning you can’t hit eachother, Secondly it also changes the armour of invises so even more of an advantage aswell as in the rules, it says It isn’t allowed.Detailed Information

so basically today me and offset_fan were grinding ghasts then says that IronAR and jakkeyyy sent him a bit.ly link with an yt video on it.Detailed Information
offset_fan got a message from IronAR at may the 9th at ca. 7:20 pm CET and jakkeyyys alt about something similar: ”hey you might wanna read the comment section of this, wait you are offset_fan/armando right?”and then sent a link ,offset_fan msged them hahah nice vid. a minute after ironar said hahahah rickrolled and gokay answered with I didnt click the link then they almost instantly deleted it. offset_fan took a screenshot of them saying all of the other stuff but the link, moments after they deleted the entire convo. same thing happened to me but jakkeyyy (BigManSwings) did it instead of ironar.

sadly I have no recordings of abusing staff commands because it happened today at warp arena. but all I gotta say is that IronAR did the same thing and of course he didnt punish himself, that wouldve been hilarious. you could ask Caldera23 or Darth_Puss because they were victims of Iron glitching and then pvp jailing me.

Killed at cove by grapple, while redeeming vote keys.Detailed Information
The point of rules is that you know what to expect.
When I go to cove, I expect to be able to use my vote keys, and I watch out for people pushing me into the water, since it’s an obvious way to die there. However, once the vote key GUI pops up, there is nothing I can do to stop a grapple.
I have lost hours of experience farming, because a greedy child wanted vote keys.
If a server is expected to attract and keep new players, this cannot be the experience players have when voting.
Voting isn’t for me, it’s for the server. If the server does a bad job ensuring voting is worthwile and safe, why am I going to vote for it?
IronAR killed me, but I probably wasn’t the first one he killed. If someone can spend their time invisible, killing people who are voting, and when they finally get caught by someone who realizes it isn’t allowed, all they have to do is give back the items they took to that one person, I don’t see how that can be considered an enforced rule.
Not to mention after dying the first time, I was able to get back my keys quickly, and he killed me a second time, while I was trying to explain it wasn’t allowed. When he got the keys that time, he voted immediately, indicating to me that he knew it was wrong. When he got called out, he immediately said okay okay ill give back the keys, again, indicating that he knew it wasn’t allowed.
Imagine being allowed to attempt a robbery, disfiguring or seriously injuring a person in the process, and then when you get caught, you just have to give back the money and be on your merry way. It makes no sense.
How many people were killed by grapple who did not realize they had a recourse? I’m lucky because it had happened to me last week, and I asked if it was allowed at that time, so I knew to call out IronAR this time, but I doubt everyone knows this.
If he didn’t know it wasn’t allowed, why was he invisible, hiding his name? It’s not like I would’ve noticed him up there anyways. I’m just lucky the invisibility ran out, so I was able to record him, and that I enabled windows game mode last time someone tried to do it to me, to retroactively record 30seconds.
If nothing else comes of this, at least I will have documented one instance, so that he can’t ever do it again and say he didn’t know.
This garbage hurts the server. A lot.
