I’m reporting CrazyPirate for this ridiculous video:

Apparently, since HardTimez has been banned, there’s been a trend of trying to get intimidating or powerful players banned from the server. CrazyPirate has jumped on the bandwagon in a sad attempt to make yet another skilled player look bad.

The video is obviously fraudulent for multiple reasons:

1.) Excessive lag. When the video starts it’s already unclear if it’s hacks or CrazyPirate’s toaster having troubles recording.

2.) Chamberlain1’s head didn’t even snap, it turned the whole way, as opposed to HardTimez’ “hack video” where his head was shown  ‘snapping’ completely from one position to another. Even in that instance, I was still the closest player to him. Actually, Chamber goes back to looking at CrazyPirate, who was hitting us from time to time when we dropped our guard.

The reason I’m reporting this terribad ‘hackusation’ is because players are starting to record and desperately look for any possible signs of hacks, (even if it’s lag or legit game mechanics). Ever since HardTimez’ ban, people like CrazyPirate have been trying to get lucky, hoping to catch something that could be confused or related with hacking.

If players are wrong and are trying to get players banned in spite, they should be punished for it. If a player thinks someone hacks, they should ask for a Staff Member to vanish and follow a player for hard evidence. Anyone can edit a video and make it look like something else, there are actual tutorials on how to cut frames in video recording software. A single video and people pointing fingers isn’t enough to justify a ban; there should be a real OFFICIAL Staff Member that calls the hacks, unless the video obviously displays hacks.

Remember, calling a legit player a hacker is personally disrespectful and rude. If you find yourself to be wrong, you should at the very least apologize. If your ‘hackusations’ were for malcontent and unfair use, you should be punished for it, and CrazyPirate should be punished for this foolishness.

I have no idea why he said i was using aimbot. i was just jumping around and shooting both of them and they was standing in the same positions all the time so i kinda knew where they was staying. After a while they threw a poison on me and i ran to heal up. I disconnected to get some food and when i came back i was banned for aimbot for 3 days. i talked to Reptaria and she said callie changed it to perm.

1st warning: Black mailing/harassment

2nd warning: Black mailing/harassment

3rd warning: Unknown (Possibly a situation I was talking to CallieMav about)

Why should you be unbanned?

I simply am addicted and love PirateCraft and all the people that play on it. Many of you maybe wondering, why do you even keep playing Karim? you’re basically unstoppable. I have stopped playing to become over-powered a while back and that was the time I started playing for the role-play, I love role-play and that is why I do what I do. One of my favorite hobbies was black mailing people, now I understand that harassment is against the rules and all; however, rules were not as restricted and enforced by the staff as much as they’re now, and that is the reason why many people such as JavaInvader and Wkersey used to get away. I was spawn-killed/camped and harassed my first week on PirateCraft by JavaInvader, about 200 of my deaths were from the first week of me playing on PirateCraft, many other new players would’ve simply quit, I remember being told “Karim who do you think you are, you’re fighting with the OPest person on the server you don’t have a chance” and when Java used to kill me the whole chat would start laughing and saying things like “lol told you you don’t have a chance”. I remember going mining for a good 2-3 hours and then killed by people,who often said to me: “if you’re an enemy of JavaInvader’s you’re an enemy of mine” I don’t know if some of the older players recall all this stuff it was about a good 8 months ago. Now you see, I then gained some wealth and became what you so call a “hero” I remember helping random people who are getting raided by killing the people that were raiding them, basically raiding the raider. It worked out for a while, more people started asking for my help and wanted my protection, although I was making enough from killing people who were raiding, I often started charging people who needed my help fighting an enemy off. A good while passed while I was doing this, my name started spreading out, people started logging off/escaping using /home /back or anything when they saw me or my name tag around, I started getting pissed that I waste my time to come help an individual and then whoever was raiding them runs away when they saw me. That’s when I got the idea of selling god armor, I started selling the god armor that I already had from killing people to people who were being raided. After doing business with people selling god armor, I was making a good amount of money, I was starting to run low on god armor to sell, and that’s when an idea of making a gold farm popped to my head, I gathered obsidian and made a gold farm literally on top of my vault. since I was at my vault about 40% of the time I was playing on PirateCraft, it was a win-win situation I was xp and gold farming while I was doing other things in my vault such as making potions/organizing creates. I then soon figured out that the time I spend helping people who are getting raided, I could be spending the same time xp-farming and gold-farming and almost making double the amount of god armor I would usually get. I started charging people more money if they wanted me to help them, to the point where I became “too expensive” to some people. I didn’t really want to ally with HardTimez, however after he was constantly bothering me everywhere I went, he even killed me. I thought by allying him I could solve two problems.

1) I wouldn’t have to deal with his “good pvp skills”

2) Since he makes a lot of enemies I could make them my enemies as well and that would be my reason for raiding/killing them.

However, he was making too many enemies for my liking. I was getting tired of people asking me for alliance/peace treaty. That’s when I came up with the idea, if people buy my products I will in return give them peace/alliance for certain amount of time. I was soon reported for harassment due to that. Although I still feel that the second warning was un-necessary. I was convinced by @GodsDead judgement. When I was warned to stop doing it, I stopped and for a good month I was basically completely not harming/harassing anyone. During that time I made a couple alliances and peace treaties.

Now I talk too much, and you all already know I’m a little over-board with the commentary I make. I do tend to make comments that make you think of them sexually, however I almost never make a direct sexual comment, you almost have to assume all of them. In my last conversation I ever had with CallieMav, it was about some player being too young to get married to me, something like that, now I don’t know where CallieMav was coming from, I was completely doing it for role-play reason, and no other, I still have doubts of that player even being female from the way the tend to act towards me and towards a lot of other players, that same player made often this comment “KingKarim can I be your slave”. I was enemies with that player for a long time; however, one day that player asked to join my crew, he/she said they wanted to open a new page with me, I said why not, I gave that person another chance and let them join my crew. I asked him/her told them I don’t know whether you are a female or male irl, however you are female in game so do you wish to be a wife or a daughter of mine. I have a big family due to role-play reasons. That person however chose to be my wife, and even asked me to purpose to her/him in public chat, and then another player was doing something about a wedding for us. Now I don’t know how old that person is, but does age even matter? it’s not like I’m marrying them irl. I talked to @CallieMav and he told me to not do it, I told him I will not be in any way of contact with that person from today on. And then the conversation ended. Now from my previous Warning Appeal, I’ve learned that staff act upon many requests at once and do not give a warning based on one player. I do not know whether it is the case in here as well, but I do know not to mention individual names as GodsDead has mentioned in my previous forum.

All that was some back-round information of what’s been really happening. Now I understand that everyone looks at themselves often as victims and that they’re right and everyone else is wrong. I’m not a hard headed moron who thinks that way. I understand that what I’ve done is wrong I may not have been aware at the time, but I am aware now. I do learn from my mistakes, and when I say something I do something, I haven’t had a situation with the harassment/black mailing ever since I’ve been warned. I will do the same thing with the third warning that I am given and will act accordingly with the Staff’s wishes.

Let’s take a glance at my punishment history, I have not been temp-banned nor muted, I have been jailed a couple of times due to the jail plugin that does it on it’s own. I mean I don’t understand why perm-ban a person who you have not given any of the other punishments yet. If I recall _Lego_ was temp-banned a couple of times and had 4 warnings till he was actually perm-banned and he’s not even as old of a player on the server as I am, now don’t get me wrong I’m not comparing myself to Lego or anything and I know that Staff do their best to be fair. However, couldn’t such a punishment be fit for my case? a temp-ban or a temp-mute since I haven’t really caused any trouble hacking/glitching in fact I hate all forums of lying if you haven’t figured out yet, I hate people who lie and cheating/hacking/glitching is just another forum of lying.

Now I know I have some problems, I am aware of it, but let’s not just look at my bad side. I’ve also helped the server in many different ways. I’ve had suspensions of many people x-raying and in about 95% of the cases I’ve reported to staff the person was hacking and using x-ray and got banned with the help of the great staff we have. I’ve also found like 4 different glitches and helped in getting them fixed. Now I’m not saying that just because I helped getting glitches repaired and helped with hackers being banned I should be given a free pass if I do something wrong. I am fully aware of the mistakes I’ve done in the past, I just ask of the staff to reduce the punishment of what they find appropriate. Also, sorry about the big-forum, but it’s hard to make it any-smaller in fact all the words in the world can’t describe how I feel right now. Thank you for reading.

Okay, so I’m guessing I put this here since I still haven’t grasped the full forums and do not know where certain things go; however, this is a request, so I’m going with putting it under here.

Okay, so today I was sieging like most normal players do on the server. I was planning on killing someone, but they Tped CallieMav in to help. Of course we fought and in the end Callie fled from battle to avoid dying.

“This just won’t do”

I said to myself. I wasn’t going to let someone start a fight with me and decide to run away last second. I wanted to finish my fight, and by finish, I wanted to kill Callie in game.

So, I watched the world map for Callie to return to the sight of the siege to where I encountered him. He was indeed flying, but in my point of view it’s just a staff member flying because they can have that perk for showing commitment. So, I attack him when he descends to the ground and eventually kill him.

Everyone starts freaking out in chat about it and among the chat Callie tells me he was in some admin mode or something along the lines of “Don’t kill someone in this mode” or whatever.

Well, for starters, it would be best if you could warn people you’re going into a mode, because people like me who don’t have a clue about what you’re doing when you’re flying will mistaken you for just another person to kill.

Second, What were you helping with that you were in this mode you shouldn’t be killed in? I watched as you just flew around and even walked around. The best you did was stand in a herd of cows under their base. So really, I don’t have a clue in the world what you were doing that I couldn’t kill you for it. Please explain.

Thirdly, after I killed you and you pleaded I’m not allowed to do so, you jailed me for a day. I thought to myself,

“Well, I guess if I did kill a staff member when they were in a mode they shouldn’t be killed in, I deserve this”.

I honestly thought I deserved it, and I was telling you in chat that I’m fine with this punishment, I was just glad we finished our fight. But right after that people start rumbling on in chat about me mute evading? “He’s using crew chat, lol”, “definitely crew chat”. I’m just sitting here like,

“Wait, you’re not suppose to be able to talk in chat?”

How would I have known that when myself and plenty other people were jailed and still could talk. They talked on and on. Lego and I even had a conversation in jail together.

But, my best guess is that’s not the reason why. I believe that after I told you I was okay with the punishment, you proceeded to say “Well how about this”. I had no idea what you were talking about, since that would be wrong of you to mute me in the first place because I broke no rules that would usually end in a mute. I didn’t make racial slurs, homophobic slurs, I didn’t curse, I didn’t make fun of anyone, yet I was apparently muted.

AND even after that people are constantly talking crap in chat about God knows what because I really could care less about remembering what they were saying.

Then, out of the blue…

I get banned for 7 days?!

A 7 day temp ban for apparently mute evading?! Are you serious?!

Legit, a mute evasion would last at least 4 hours or something like that. But 7 days?

This seems like a huge mistake, and not on my part.

I was just casually chatting with people while in jail, if getting jailed isn’t suppose to let you speak, then by all means please fix it so this incident doesn’t happen again and someone else gets temp banned.

And I mean no disrespect when I say this, but even if I was in crew chat when I was in jail (which I was not) there should be some command the server has to mute someone there as well. Just as you can be muted from /msg.

All in all, I’ll serve the 24 hour jail, and if you don’t want me to speak, then I won’t say a peep. But this 7 day temp ban was totally out of line.

Callie jailed me for killing him in this “no kill mode” so that should’ve been it. The 7 day temp ban was going too far for just a mistakable mute evasion that I had no clue I was doing.

I also just wanted to add that there should be a gamemode added in to prevent staff from being attacked when in this mode that we’re not allowed to attack them in. Because, like I said earlier, players like me who don’t know about it will only accuse them of another player to kill.
