Hello.

I was banned 3 years ago for “aimbot” by calliemav. Even though i didnt use hacks. I was probably raiding too much aswell.

I really like the server! we have some nice players here. I would like to play here again. Its been 3 years since last time. To be honest i think i should get another chance.

To begin with, I’m sorry for hacking (if I was, I don’t remember it was almost 3 years ago) and I promise to never do it again. I understand there is no excuse for doing this and if you don’t trust me with another chance I completely understand. I’d just like to be a part of this wonderful server the way I used to remember it many years ago. I’ve met some of my old bass mates from here on other servers and I recognized them. I changed my name to names similar to HardtTmez to troll them, however I’m not HardTimez. Check the ip that I was banned on and see if it’s the same as his, though I know it’s not because I remember him killing me and if you still have the logs from back then you can see that. I was also banned months before he was and I was a complete noob back then. Either way, if you don’t believe me that a fine, I understand, but I’d just like to be back on this server. Also if presidentSR and 1245kj or somthing like that I lived with you guys in verussia (if you still play). I had the brick house that SargentShubby claimed from me. So please, give me a second chance, it almost been 3 years.

I really want to apologize for what I did. I actually don’t know why I did that, I guess of stupidity. I really want to play on this server again with my friends because it was actually quite fun to play on this server. It would be really nice if you would unban me. I swear it won’t happen again.

PirateCraft Survival

• Added Xmas World /warp xmas, or /warp event or /warp station and go through the portal. Check it on the livemap
• Added 18 custom mobs from last years Xmas event, Massive props go out to @calliemav for making these last year, I only had to tweak and change a few things to get them working again this year! Changed a few skills, timings, health/damage from a few mobs.
• Added 40 custom items that drop from custom mob deaths at /warp xmas Massive thanks goes out to @smokeyriver, Me and some players for naming all these items, their lore etc for this years custom items, can you collect all 40 items?
• Added Treasure Chest loot box system, you would have seen this before. There is a special chest at /warp cove, on the boat directly as you spawn on your left. You can left click it to see the items that can be won from the Treasure chest (Loot crate), if you have a key you can right click the key on it to open the treasure chest for a random prize (Theres an awesome CSGO Crate animation!)
  • The First PirateCraft Treasure chest is XMAS themed and is called the “Clauss Coffer” It has 16 custom items, some that cant be crafted with normal game play! Massive props go out to @MrClusterFluxin Old MrBluBeardedYeti himself! He designed all the items, tested and created this Treasure Chest!
  • HOW DO I GET KEYSSSSSSS!
    • Well get yourself down to /warp xmas and fight our two main bosses, Santa and Frostie, you can work as a team to attack these boss’s and once you kill them, everyone that dealt significant damage to the boss will be in with a 40% chance of getting a key given to them, thats right everyone that helped take down that pesky Santa claus or that Icy Frostie!
    • Too much effort? You can also /donate for a pack of 5 keys! Soon to be listed on https://piratemc.com/donate/ at present they are $2.75 for a pack of 5, and there is still a 15% off coupon “yohoho” to take advantage of.

NEW MINI-GAME!

This one has gone completely under the radar, as its still in alpha testing, but its way better gameplay than the Halloween event, which was a bit of a shambles with the Nuggets issue, The developer STILL hasn’t fixed the nugget issue, So I moved on.

So before you jump in, please note this is still alpha, and there will need to be a ton of tweaks made over time.

PirateCraft BootyWars!

PirateCraft bootywars can be played from using /server bootywars or /bootywars from survival, and soon to be a NPC and on the /play menu at /hub.

BootyWars is the Eggwars/Bedwars mini-game mode for Minecraft, but instead of an Egg or Bed you have to protect your Booty chest! This is a very mature plugin we are using to run the mini-game so its feature rich! Its got everything we need.

Massive props to @MrClusterFluxin and @Maximus for helping design, test and build. Blu smashing it again created 2 of the game worlds!

• Added entire new server, Just for BootyWars
• Added Lobby World
• Added 3 Worlds for 3 different maps
• If you have an idea for a BootyWars map, go and build it in /hub creative server and we can make it a reality, massive bonus points if its pirate themed
• New Game to come soon that will be all pirate ships on water that kills you if you fall in! Bit of a twist on the floating island gameplay!
• The feature list is too long, just get in and play.
• There will be a whole new forum created just for this mini-game to report issues, request features, post that you have created a game on creative, organise a time to play with others or in teams.
• We do plan to have some form of system to use your coins between servers in the future
• We do plan to have leaderboards for player statistics on the website for the mini game too in the future

I have definitely forgotten something I have changed or credit to someone that has helped, I will update this thread as needed when im reminded of things we have changed recently and not documented!

So my friend logged on telling me he was gonna help me out little did I know he was going to dupe. He gave me stuff which I originally thought was lucky that he found that. And then he continued to donate me good stuff.  Which at the end I found out was duped thanks to the staff. I do regret taking that stuff without the full knowledge of where they came from duping. I will not do this again as through this almost a year of me being gone I decided I want to come back.

Unban Appeal

I have been banned following a report of me by the well known TAS players (and some coalition). There was lots of commotion last night and Cysteen was killed once with no rules broken. TAS were not very happy and complained to all the staff on. By the time me and Xeuric were banned I was already offline so Im unsure if I was banned following the report on the forums, or by what else.

In their Report they make a whole load of exaggerated accusations with proof to only one – me bad mouthing saying cysteen sucks. I am sorry if i got caught up in the moment but its not every day I see a wild Cyteen (When she did a/home or /back she was invis naked and i chased her a bit). Please could someone review why me and Xeuric were banned as In the one report of us breaking rules, by the victim of our last raid, there is no evidence of me breaking any rules, only them saying lots of things about us constantly sieging them which is just a straight out lie. Both crews have it equal yet because they have more members unfortunately our say has been belittled.

Here are a few screenshots to show I’m not the only one that badmouths and also a little incident were I was spawn trapped for 5 minutes yesterday until mark showed up removing the lava. Mark spoke to me about this afterwards and told me not to make a report because I understand I was also at fault and should have changed my spawn earlier, but these people shouldn’t take it into their own hands to become rule enforcers and should definitely not act like the good guys the day after.

I have more screens that i cant find rn but if you ever want to see some badmouthing just log on one day and listen to turkeyman or ketoh or browe talk about my pvp or chat away about how we are too scared to fight them. This is a 2 way street.

Would you please allow me another chance to come to this wonderful server! I greatly enjoyed my time when I was there and I really miss it and I have missed it every minute since. I swear on my life for whatever it may be worth I did not hax in anyway as far as I know.  I have spent the last few months on another server and, well I would really appreciate it if you allowed me to come back. I am so sorry for the action I was accused for and I understand that I would not be banned without reason but, please allow me one more chance I have remembered the exact message that was posted before I was banned “I hope you enjoyed your time here micklovinsII”. I have looked back at my old unban appeal every week since it happened and, I really regret not really taking it as serious as possible by making the post as as revised and grammatically correct  as I could. So this time I took my time and  typed it up read it and then copy and pasted it onto the website. And I hope you can understand where I am coming from I really do love the server you have here and I would like to be able to make up for what I have done in the past  a clean start if you will. I still do hold up to the fact I never duplicated anything and, if you like I could explain exactly what happened to you as I never did nor did I think to do so on the website.  So if you do decide to even acknowledge this or if you pander it please let me know and sorry for any mistakes or anything at all that peeves anyone. </span></p>

I’ve come to GodsDead many a time after my ban over the span of some time asking to be unbanned, and at the very least, forgiven for what I did. I only come again with the awareness of this new unban request section in hopes I can have the littlest of light shined down on me.

Although I was late to see the message, roughly four months ago CallieMav sent me this, and it does seem they are willing to give me another chance, lucky as I may be. I want to show this since it seems all actions from this individual seems to have halted? Or it looks that way from old forum replies.

Is it possible for you, @GodsDead, or another staff member to take action on this? I do wish for another chance, and it seems CallieMav was willing to give me that second chance; I only ask that it may possibly be carried out now. It’s been almost two years, I’ve got likely a month or little more before it’s two. I just wish to join in on the fray and do enjoy the time I spent long ago in this very day and age. Would you be so kind as to accept this request?
