To whom it may concern,

My name is currently CutlerBecket and I have a request.

I would like to go back to the rank of deckhand.
let me explain why.

So I achieved the rank of Quatermaster some time ago and after that There was nothing else to do, no next level to beat!
So like those video games you beat 1 time and then do all over again that is what I would like to do.

It’s gotten rather boring and I think a restart would be fantastic! It would bring back some old memories and mabey help me create more.

the main issue with resetting your rank is that you now have access to the rankup rewards again. i think boatswain still gets a beacon? maybe? idk (someone correct me), firstmate gets a shulker box plus the firtsmate gear, and qmaster gets 3 shulker boxes and that set of gear. if gods is ok with reseting you, cool good for you. but there is that issue of respawning the rankup gear that youve already gotten once legitimately.

I understand where you are going with this.

The point isn’t to to get those things it is to have a fun experience starting over again.

It takes quite a while to get to those ranks and as you said its up to GodsDead to decide that.

I can reset you to deckhand, I can reset your rankup paths, but the issue is I cant easily reset your Statistics which ranking is based upon.

As all ranking is based on things like block breaking and block placing, I would need to nuke your Stats, now sadly im using a super legacy stats system that is very rubbish (to put it politely) I have already found a replacement for when I go to 1.13+ which I will be able to nuke peolpes stats if they do wish, but not at present.

So all that would happen, is I move you to deckhand and reset your path selections for /ar check, and you would quickly progress through all the ranks again in no time, as you already have the requirements from your stats.
