When I tried to siege a player I received a prompt saying I was on siege cooldown even though I had never tried to siege them before. This happened again after I tried to siege a player I had siege a whole day before.

P.S. In response to the response to my food depletion post at http://piratemc.com/topic/food-depleting-very-quickly/, I reviewed the food mechanics and am certain that zero of the food exhaustion level increases apply to standing and fishing, especially enough to cause me to have to refill my food twice in at most five minutes. I’ve been playing on this server for a few days now and am familiar with how fast food is supposed to deplete whilst doing practically nothing with full health. I’ve also been playing Minecraft for about five years now.

yeah sorry, I just assumed it was a stupid post, A staff member said it happened to him too, I guess its a bug in the latest Spigot, so its a waiting game mate.

As for siege, Its not a cooldown on you, its a cooldown on that player, its to avoid a group of people sieging a player over and over.

Oh, right… So even if the player he had tried to siege was sieged by someone else not long beforehand, he wouldn’t have been able to siege him? Is that what you’re saying @GodsDead?

Alright, thanks. In that case, it would appear that the player cooldown has glitched before because I was able to siege right after another player a couple times in the past day. This really isn’t common knowledge it would seem, and I would suggest changing a sentence in the ‘claims and siege’ guide from “The attacker can’t siege that defender or his claim again for an hour.” to “No attackers can siege that defender or his claim again for an hour.”

You can siege a person more than once, that is why most people go in groups. I thought the cool down was to keep the same person from sieging the same player repetitively.

This is true based on the guide and the current in-game mechanics of /siege.

I'm just a sweet ol' grandma tryna understand wtf I just read.
