Reason: “12:23:45am KassIsShort command /a time to ddos the server again”
Salutations PirateCraft Staff and Community.
I would like to apologise for mocking about the server’s crashing during a stressful time for the server staff. I was not aware joking about ddosing the server would cause me to get permanently banned from the server and I take full responsibility for my actions.
I have been a long term member of the community for a few years now with a 35 day playtime. During my time on the server, I have racked up 12 punishments. 10 of them being spam/chat related, 1 for name impersonation and my latest one by Ae0n.
The latest punishment came to great shock to me as I had learnt my lesson from last year and was grateful for being on a good streak for behaving. I have never and never will, wished malicious action against the server nor have I attempted to attack the server physically.
I understand this appeal is very recent and I am hoping to receive a chance to redeem myself. I am not asking for a complete removal of my punishment, I’ll be happy to receive a shorter ban time or as you deem fit.

On August 29th at 1:20pm pst. Aeon threatened a player to ‘take legal action’This situation stems from a conversation on another server. Aeon waited for that player to log into pmc then started Harassing the player knowing the player could not rebuttal due to being muted. She then did a wrong chat and threatened the player with legal action.
I would hope that this kinda action would not be tolerated by a pmc player, let alone a staff member

I did some trolling with my friends but did not think it would be bannable. I also didn’t go that far. I have been banned once before but that was because i said something offensive. I’ve learned from that mistake and have not done anything like that again. I am able to learn from my mistakes and if you give me the chance to unban me i will not troll again and will be extra careful not to say anything that might slightly be seen as offensive or trollworthy even to my friends as it is appearantly bannable. As you can see i did also get a warning but i didnt really notice it / think anything of it so i will listen to the mods better as well. I would like to continue my time on this server and will not mess around anymore since i do not want to stay banned. I am serious about this and not just saying this to get unbanned. Sorry it happened twice. I swear this will be the last time and i will not mess around again. i await your review.

I broke a block then quickly opens a chest before the block could regen then i continued with the raid and hid outside his wall crouching until he stepped on his pressure plate and it was open long enough for me to slip in. Later clay master i think told me to give the items from the 1 chest back I didn’t know really what I stole from that one chest but I gave back a lot of his loot. Then i got locked and i was happy with that punishment because i deserved it but now i am banned saying i lied?? I just want to know what did i lie about?

This list serves as a reference point, and comparison to the PMC of 3 years 7 months ago O_O im getting old.
Im gonna try to include as many crews as I can (I’m NOT gonna mention every crew in existence or 2 hour old deckhand crews).

1. This is based off data from the 17th of February. It is entirely
