Dear fellow PMC players and staff. You may all know me from my 4 years of being a member on PMC. I was banned around a year ago for toxicity, doxxing and being warned by many staff members to tighten up and start being mature. I was 100% in the wrong for my actions and I did deserve this long break. Over this time I’ve kept in touch with very few PMC players and I  believe they have seen a change with my actions. I’ve been 98% out of the minecraft community logging on here and there once a month to pvp a friend or something. I have been way smarter with my actions and words I have said over this break. Over the last 3 months I have stopped being toxic towards players in the community. Yes, I will admit when I was first banned I was still being toxic and causing problems for no reason. I have decided that I want to appeal with a perm mute and potentially prove to everyone that I have changed. I was told in my last appeal to wait a couple months to appeal and it has been 3 months since then. I hope I can be forgiven and return to playing with my fellow friends and allies.

I know in the past I have been disruptive, obnoxious, and a pain. but, I would like another chance I have been perma muted since May and I am prepared to stray away from my old ways of annoyance and into a new future. Unban Appeal: Many of you probably know me now from my long history and experiences with PMC. I was banned in late 2020 for toxicity in chats and allegedly doxxing another player. I understand that the toxicity in chat was very unneeded and added nothing to the server and community and just hurt the server and its respectful players. I understand I am not a perfect player but I have taken the time during this ban to improve upon myself and I am here to request another chance. Unban Appeal: Hello players and staff members of PMC,

Six months ago I was banned from PMC the reason being doxxing a player, this coupled with my immature behavior a few months prior, resulted in my ban. The information I doxxed from this specific player (mindmeld420 or jakkeyyy) was his first name, this was said in a vc with 4 other people of confidence, many people in that vc already knew his first name and one of the players in that call was the one that told me mindmeld420’s first name.

A few days after my ban the player in question decided to change his username to a variant of his name. I understand what I did was wrong but I believe that since he has publicly released the information in question, perhaps my punishment can be reconsidered. Mindmeld also informed many staff members and mentioned many times that the dox in question never bothered him (I have evidence of this fact). The player in question is extremely immature and causes much drama in multiple discords related to piratecraft, and is well known for having mood swings and doing things such as mass griefing and harassment.

I did also behave quite immaturely from time to time, but I have always and still maintain great relations with multiple staff members who would like to see me back in the community, even after my ban. I am quite an old member of the community and I would love to be able to see and play with my friends again. I would also consider changing my ban into a mute, if it is seen necessary by staff, but I don’t believe this will be needed. I am itching to rejoin the pmc community after the long wait and see my friends, but I do know that the success in my appeal is not guaranteed.

I would like to put this out now that I had a good record of no bans previously. I also would like to say that I believe that I was unfairly banned because I just finished playing on another server that allows Badlion Client, and I forgot that I had it still active because it was like a hour after I opened it. I joined alliance voice chat and right when I joined Pirate Craft a few seconds after I got in I got put in staff voice chat. I instantly realized what happened when I got told. I told Torkey that I would switch my client and that I accidently logged in with Badlion. I also told him that I forgot I had it on. He told me he wasn’t going to do anything at that moment and just put it in staff chat. After I logged for the day I came back on today and I was banned unfairly in my opinion. Adderal was recently on Badlion and got warned after he was on Badlion for a long time. I only joined for 2 minutes and 3 month banned. As a witness I have Espul.

Hello, I know this seems early but in mindmeld fashion I am not waiting. Today I was banned for “consistent harassment on a player after being warned by staff – think about your actions”. In recent days I have been attacking someone by the name of SophiMae in hopes to get some good items. I scouted her base for a few days waiting for the perfect time to where my friends would be on and hers would not (took a lot of planning). Afterwards I started to attack her often after using a captain perk known as “/Back” to go to my last tp spot. Maybe about a day later I get put in a private channel in the Alliance discord involving a few others and staff members such as Atalantaa, Torkey, and Bazurka to inform us on some issues they where having with us. Most of the talk was about verbal harassment seeing as others in the group where calling sophi rude and offensive names. A portion of it was directed to me for in game harassment (Sieging, killing etc.)  A staff member once told me that “Context is everything” when dealing with moderation problems. I 100% agree with that statement completely, that is the way staff should go about dealing with issues. In this case this seems to be very exempt. After having a conversation that lead to nowhere seeing as their only point was “Don’t siege because then they can’t play” nothing changed. I have messaged Bazurka trying to explain how Sophimae is not just a innocent random player in fact she has been egging me on and in fact even challenging me at war (Screenshots below). I have tried so hard to get into contact with staff but have received no response. The staff members dealing with this situation have taken only two seconds to go over what actually happened and only hear one POV. I will be asked “Why are you making this report just consult baz about it” Well I did try that but got a very disappointing response which was “hey mind, tbh I really don’t feel like talking about all this right now. we had told you guys to chill it and go easy , but have been busy keeping your back over there and sieged her twice in the past 24hrs . I don’t understand why it was so hard to just chill for a while ? And I bet you have a lot of explanations and excuses and simply – I don’t want to hear that rn.” I want to highlight a portion where he states “I bet you have a lot of explanations and excuses and simply – I don’t want to hear that rn.” From what it seems to me is that he has the perfect motivation and excitement to ban me but refuses to listen to anything I have to say. Is context everything? to me it seems like they are breaking their own moral rule which is honestly a very disappointing thing to see. I even messaged baz explaining that sophi was threatening me and pretty much saying she would beat me in sieges and stuff but he completely either ignored it or just never saw it. And if he did not see it initially he had to have seen it after messaging me back after I asked to talk to him (in a calm and respectful manner) when I was banned why didn’t he make any comment on it whatsoever? All I am looking for is a place to explain my side and I am not getting that instead I am being shunned and told that “they don’t want to hear it”. There are two old sayings one which is straight from piratecraft being “This is piratecraft not princesscraft” and the other one being “If you can’t take the heat stay out of the kitchen” Why is it that I get banned after someone choose to challenge me and I accepted that challenge and won. I would rather have this in a private conversation with staff but “they don’t want to hear it rn” so I have to come to the forums and post it publicly here. Overall I just want to be heard and for staff to understand that she was going to war with me and that I fought after being challenged. Instead of attaching files I am just going to copy the images and paste them here. If you require further images please ask, I can’t upload all of them here because of the spam filter.

Unban Appeal: I am not “appealing” im standing up for myself and hopefully this ban can be reduced or completely removed. I was banned by Torkey, for “doxing multiple players” when the only person I “doxxed” is mindmeld which I do not even know how to do. The only thing I know is … [redacted] …. because I joined a vc where Torkey, LEGO, and Sophie where talking about it. It also isn’t doxxing if he made this information public on a PUBLIC server. I did zero work to find his first name it was given to me by over hearing one of your staff members. Also, how exactly have I doxxed mindmeld if I have zero information on him and don’t even know what timezone he is in?

It’s that time of year or really the ending of this one… The time for changes and new beginnings. I would like to say that I am truly sorry to the staff that had to take time out of their day to deal with me, especially over something so unnecessary; I understand that my punishments were well deserved and are a required response for these type of actions I completely understand that there must be a level of order on this server to keep it running smoothly and to those people who are tasked with doing it I have immense respect for. Your jobs are underrated and disrespected daily, I believe my actions have undermined all of you, Although I have only been on PMC a short while I can tell that actions like my own ruins the community on PMC, I by no means want to be a player that destroys fun on a server which is exactly what I have done.

To explain the story of me “X-Raying” I had downloaded an X-Ray pack to see how someone had gotten into my base, I had made a joke to Torkey about getting an X-Ray to see how they got in, however within this joke I was being completely serious, I will always stand by the fact that although I had the pack installed I have never and would never use an X-ray pack on PMC, actions like that ruin games and as I stated above that was never my intent.

I would just like to say no matter what the decision is I do want to say that I am sorry to everyone for my behavior and for wasting the staff’s time with my antics. I hope to see you all sooner rather than later.

Unban Appeal

I’d like to begin with apologizing to you, Gods – as I know that it came off as I was attacking you/staff as a whole but I want to further explain how that was not the case and I’d never do that.

I had sent you the direct message: “please taken into account LEGO’s constant harassment against me over the last week. His now accusing me of harassing him, inciting flooding of chat after scamming me with Torkey/Xeron, and claiming around my bases & causing constant messes for admins to clean up.”

This message was sent following an argument in general chat where I was attempting to ask LEGO for the $ (nicely) and he attacked me. This argument got quite into it and then you began typing in chat / putting slow mode on. Once this happened, and following a staff members informing me that “Staff discussions were getting heated” over the scandal, I had guessed you were involved in the settling of it. I also believed this due to the fact of it being a staff-related issue. I was wrong.

I had GUESSED that you were involved with settling it and I was wrong to do so. I wanted to clarify this up in direct messages prior to being banned for it – but I unfortunately was unable to do so.

I was wrong to have guessed that you were involved, as I had (in the heat of the moment) not thought through the fact that you are not involved in moderation on the server at all. It was my mistake for asking you to consider the recent occurrences as you would not be the person to consider them whatsoever.

I apologize for going out of my way and messaging you, as you were not the person to message. But I hope that my confusion in the matter can be understood at the slightest. I do not believe I was in the right whatsoever and I understand and agree with your actions in return.

Once more, I am extremely sorry for going to you – Gods.

I only ask that you consider reducing my two week temp-ban (to calm down) to one week. I agree with the settling-down, and I’d like to step away for a week and get away from the ongoing controversy but I would like the opportunity to take part in the coming event.

Once more, I apologize and am extremely sorry and I ask for your forgiveness as I did not intend to attack you nor would I ever intend to.
