Banned By: Survival (GodsDead)It has been 5 months and 23 days since my Permaban, a little over 7-8 months since I have last been on the server, 7 months since I was on the servers Discord server and 2 months since I have last spoken to anyone from PirateCraft. I have seen that many of the people who made me leave the server are banned, both by Discord and on this server. Seeing this, along with wanting to see how things have changed, has made me come back here to ask for a unban. I know my actions on the server were more annoying than almost anything staff had seen before, I admit my faults. I hold no grudges against staff or anyone else for the punishments I have received as consequence for my actions, I simply want to come back. While I have been gone much change has happened in my own life, and now I think its time to show you how I have changed and to see how the server has changed. I don’t expect this to be accepted with flying colors, I just want people to look.

Topic: NAP (Kingdom of Scotland)
Seeing as a alliance is most certainly out of the picture due to recent events, I ask for a NAP instead. Me and my crew members are currently working on a stone quarry and canal in the south, and iron mines in the north to provide rail’s to the planned railroads. And we would like a NAP so we would have one less crew to worry about killing us while we undertake this massive infrastructure projects.

Topic: Announcement.
Hello. Today a large event in my life has occurred and will probably cause me not be able to be on Minecraft for a while. This will also affect my discord presence the same. As I am to be gone for a unprecedented amount of time and not knowing when or even if I will return I would ask all my builds so far be kept up and made sure they are not regened or overclaimed. I also am sorry for how I have treated some of the players on this server. Hopefully I will someday see you all again in game.

Racism, Harassment, Toxicity, Disobeying and Disrespecting StaffOverview Description of Report:
After nearly 4 months and lost evidence I have finally gathered enough support and evidence to make a report. What started out as racism and racist jokes in game has grown into Toxicity, disobeying staff, and general assholness. He thinks he can get away with it because he has before but it is time to stop. 3 months ago he made a racist joke in game and after I threatened to report him he sent me a racist joke against jews along with calling me a [out dated term].Today he then starting calling people names and was generally toxic. When I told him to stop he replied how he “didn’t give a fuck” and said “what are you gonna do cry on me?”. When staff started to press him about it he then went on the defensive saying how “rivvur did much worse by ruining the economy” and how “u (talking bout me) are much worse than him because everyone hates u and thinks ur annoying” he then (in this last bit when staff reminded him that they had told him to stop) pointing out that what LEGO called his toxicity as “not bullshit” (actually responding “what bullshit?”)

With problems going on in real life for me as of this moment, and the failure of my many attempts at businesses, joining crews, and running crews, I hereby will be changing some things for a bit. I forfeit the crown of Scotland and hand it over to @TheAgentGamer. {Waterpool and Stewie0404 somehow broke stonebrick we had placed over our chest. They claimed their was no stone brick over the chest. They also would’ve had to siege 2 claims at once as our chest room was claimed by 2 separate people and they broke blocks on both halves of it.}Evidence

The third picture is the windows that were broken on the first claim.}Now as I know people will probably be toxic in the comments below and call me all sorts of demeaning names and stuff that is just “asshole-ish” ill keep a few of my thoughts out of this.
As well all know there is a problem on this server that was addressed by vape and smokey earlier tonight. This problem is toxic players. This problem has become more prevalent recently with the bans given to many of these players. They think that because they donate to the server and play frequently that they get a “free pass” with staff when it comes to doing and saying things that should not be tolerated. They argue with people over stupid petty things, brush off staff like they mean nothing, insult all players alike, make light of serious situations, hack, dupe, think they are “owed”. And when they get banned they either go off on staff like they have a unalienable “right” to play on this server, or outright slander the server and staff itself usually coming back with alts. And then after some fake apologies the staff has no choice but to let them back on.
Shame on these people. Shame on them for their illegal acts, slander, insults, toxicity, smugness, offensive “humor”. People have told me a few years ago this problem would be quickly greeted with a ban and was not as prevalent as it is today. We should go back to that. We should appreciate staff. And we should not tolerate these people.
To the people mentioned above: now before you go off and start calling yourself the “best pvper”, ignoring staff, calling people names such as “simp” “clown” “dumbass” “cuck” I want you to remember staff and remember how much time and effort they put into this great server.

a month back after we had both gotten kicked from the discord he sent me a racist meme that insinuated all jews are money grabbers and called me a N****r along with it, he then today insinuated again that jews are obssesed with money. Ive already reported him to discord but they couldn’t do anything so I thought I might as well just give up on a pmc report either, but after today ive just had it. Overview Description of Report:
Today the player in question made a comment that insinuated that all Jews are rich (a common stereotype created by Hitler in “Mein Kampf” [which the player in questions reads by the way. he said it himself] were it is said to be because they “lie and cheat their way to money”). Knowing I was Jewish the comment was directed towards me after I couldn’t find someone to help me out because I would need to pay them a lot of money. This is not the first time he has done this as you can see by his punishment tracker. This is the final straw I am done with this behavior being tolerated.
