Firstly, the ban was 150% deserved.
I’m fully aware the actions every member of “Creed” took were toxic to the community, more so mine. I spent the best part of 6 months playing Piratecraft prior to my ban, and I had no intentions of ever doing the community wrong. 5 months into my ‘Career’ here, we had a scuffle with staff members over allegations of cheating and in game actions.
These scuffles ended with the creation of what was dubbed a ‘copycat server’. For that I apologise to both the community and Godsdead directly. This was little more than an attention grab from the entire group, and I cannot fathom how poorly this made me look, and I’d be sickened to find out.
After sleeping on this I knew I’d done something sh****, which I will never be forgiven for, and I am not looking for forgiveness. I’m hoping that you guys will look at giving me a chance to fix them. Prior to the incident, I had been muted once, and warned once, both of which were applied when I was still new to the server and hadn’t quite grasped the general rules. I’d like to think since my actions that disregarded the community, I’ve further matured (Yeah I know, hard to believe). I hope my word is enough to assure any doubts cast over my motives for attempting to be unbanned, but my fate rests in the hands of the community and staff.
I cut ties with people I used to consider friends because I blindly and stupidly followed someone to the point of breaking rules and damaging the community. I want to rebuild these relations to the best of my abilities, no matter how long it takes.
To summarise the above: I am an idiot for ever being disloyal to the community, and I hope to put things right as soon as I can.
I’d also like to note (whilst it wont make a difference to the actual appeal) I discredited the work of SeconDeath, and have had no contact with him since the day after the incident. I believe that his influence was also a large part of the reason I acted the way I did.
My actions were made out of frustration and poor judgement. It’s highly unlikely that my appeal will be heard due to the nature of my ban, however I hope this is seen for what it was; fatuity.
I also want to formally apologise for inconsiderate amounts of drama and BS that I caused the staff, and anyone else who got dragged into any of the above because of senselessness on my part.
I’d like to thank anyone who read this far for their patience as well as anyone who has helped develop the server since I was banned, and I hope that members who I wronged such as GodsDead, Markusi13, SmokeyRiver, Cysteen, CrazyPirate, JavaInvader, Keto and anyone else will see the truth behind a catastrophic mistake.

Zack I just poured over 5 hours of console logs and you are dead wrong and trying to cherry pick a few lines of chat to make it look as if staff had out of no where started in on you.
The exchange between you and Smokey started at 12:30 am. You had been bugging Cysteen. Cys asked you to stop you did not cys ignored you and asked smoke to tell you to stop. Which is what cys should have done.

Your screens show smokey saying “shut the hell up” but what they dont show is that was after 30 mins of you pestering and intentionally winding her up.

While you were muted you to the time to make this post then slowly started back to annoying smoke in chat when then temp mute was done over the course of the next 2 hours.
This continued until you were soft muted

This how ever did not stop you from continuing to rant to the staff (who see all chat) any who would read the livemap chat.
Finally after 4 and a half hours you were banned.

So 1 temp mute 1 soft mute and ban over a 4 and half hour ordeal. That could have been avoided if you would have done as asked and just left cysteen alone. But you made the choice to continually escalate the situation.
The bottom line is, you didnt like being told what to do and made a choice to push the situation disregarding what a staff member had asked. Everything after that was a result of that choice.
Staff are all volunteer and dont receive any compensation so the fact that smokey, vape, and the network put up with this for that long is a testament to their patience. They were nice enough to give you 2 chances to drop it and just play and enjoy yourself and you messed that up.
Sorry but thats the end of this story.

I’ve had minecraft for something like six years now. once upon a time three years ago, little ol me found a piratecraft server. he loved this server! until one day, he found that when he tried to join, there was a message that said; Banned for being a fucking wanker. as you can imagine, this was a shock to 12 year old me. now, years later, looking at the ban tracker, it says i received a warning for speaking non-english languages in the main chat. i dont speak any languages other than english. then i was banned for “rude and aggressive”, which i never have, nor will ever be. i treat admins of any server i join with the utmost respect, because i know it isnt an easy job. the third and final ban is “false unban”. i dont even know what this one means? perhaps an admin would like to clarify?

Banned By: SmokeyRiverI made a mistake, and was caught in the moment, now I realize that. I am sorry I broke rules. I truly regret it very much, after my ban I searched for servers like piratecraft, but it’s one of a kind, I never found anything. I am older now 12 to be exact and I regret what I’ve done. I would be very happy to come back to the amazing community of PirateCraft as one of the very few server Vets left that arent staff I won’t make those mistakes ever again. SmokeyRiver this part is for you: I’m sorry that I took out my anger on you, I should’ve had more patience, I regret destroying your submarine and being so rude to you, we were becoming friends, but I wrecked it because of a silly tempory mute and that got me banned. and GodsDead sorry I put you through so much trouble then too. Yep… I’m leaving again. And this time it may be for good, but then I do happen to stagger back anyway, but this may be it. Once again, I am going to give away most of my items, my home, and my very existence. I do not recall ever saying how much I appreciated this server in my last “I’m kickin’ the dust” post, but I really do. For just a game, I did happen to learn a bit about myself. I also made friends, enemies, the whole nine. I LOVED this server, and even though today it is nothing like how it used to be, I still see the server as what it is: a thriving community. I do hope for the best for everyone here, and that this place doesn’t get boring while I’m gone. Now, after this post I will distribute my items to the public… Most of them, that is, for I am dedicating my last days here to a project that I will finish without rest (Not literally, but you get it). The medium-sized city of Medditari is Byzantine, Greek, and in some way Arabic-styled build that utilizes Prismarine to give it an Ocean dedicated feel. I will complete the city as a gift to the Piratecraft community for the fun it has given me. When it is fully complete, I hope it is used well for the public, as you all deserve it. Once Medditari is operational, I will further say my goodbyes and that will hopefully be the last you hear of me on the server. I do wish you all the best of luck and keep up the work!

Reptaria – Now I know we had our ups and downs over the course of history here… But I do, and will, respect you. After all, I owe you that. You were the first person to spare me while on the server. You took me in and taught me the ropes. I appreciate what you’ve done for me in the past, and I never forget.
Michty – God… the chances of you reading this must be > Low <… You, too, have given me a home after I… lost… my other one. Not only did you accept me into your crew and town, but you made it possible for me to meet new people, new sides, crews, and settlements. And even though I left (And in some way: Betrayed) the BE many months later, I still appreciated my time in your crew… your version… only.
CaptainCrackerz – Remember… those pies are for hellos… Welp, it’s good to say that I had a great neighbor xD You were a great friend while we were within range, I give it that. And I do hope the best for your time… well, anytime.
Keto – God… what’s your name now? Ah, another former BE member that ended up where I was… well at least for a while. You have a good sense of humor and you keep it up!
NickyB_123 – I understand that our time knowing each other was VERY short. However, I do like the 13co. and I do hope for the groups success in the future. I can see that things are slow and that the crew has grown small, but just keep trying, it will get there. And I was glad to be a part of it for the short time that I was.
Cysteen – God I used to think your were a nightmare in… pixel-form? But then again, how does a weak BE member view someone in God armor slaughterin’ everyone in their path with swift cleanliness? I just want to say, it was a great honor accompanying you and the other (somewhat) psychopaths in the Asylum. I see that I can tend to be annoying at times (Punch myself thrice for that) and I do hope you forgive me for… those. In general, you are a great person to talk to, and that goes for all the people I end up talking to on TS (By the way: I’d be on there occasionally). I do hope you continue to enjoy your stay on the server, God knows what would happen if you guys weren’t there to spice things up… I think… what?
Riverwood – Damn… murder. Like Cysteen (which I swear… you HAVE to be related…) you know how and when to snap a bone when needed (virtually, that is) and you have fun doing it (which concerns me). Keep up the fun and “Happy hunting”.

Electric27, was banned for having X-ray from a mod i think is Cali and my friend x_gamer7 was banned too he said in ./msg i have X-ray now lets go mine for ores with it. Because he has been at my house before and saw that i have X-ray and asked why i never use it and i said from past tense i have been banned from it and i don’t want to get banned from that server but he still asked me later in msg and that is when both me and him got banned so then i spent 30 bucks to buy another account that lasted for like 2 weeks till it got banned again from the same person also my friend got banned for whatever reason too Diamond8 i don’t know why but apparently Cali thought she was an alt but she’s just my friend an then I bought a new account XxJustinBeiberxX that only lasted for a few days till @Smokeyriver got me banned again so i spent 60 bucks on new accounts that didnt really last longs i wondering if you could unbar Shadow455 and Diamond8 plus Shadow455 name when i was banned was Xx_Ranger27_xX before it got banned so please know to unban those two accounts Diamond8 is my little sister so i had to help her a lot the reason why she didn’t write her own application is because she is 7 and very young, Thank you very much for reading this. I please hope you consider unbanning Shadow455 and Diamond8.
