Anyways, to sum it up, my bestfriend Fishu recently got killed with all his stuff. As he had spent a long time to get all that stuff I felt very bad to him and wanted to help pay for all his new stuff. Due to school, I didn’t have the time to get money for him so I had decided to auto click and farm claim blocks to then sell and give to him without thinking. I should’ve read the rules and I’m very sorry for my actions. I promise to earn every single penny by hand and be respectful to the community.

Reason: This claim was created right next to our city, in order to protect a ship from us. This claim as a temporary claim was legal, but after asking staff about the claim, they said to make a request if the claim had not been removed in a week, as it would no longer be a temporary claim. It has been 1 week since the claim was created, and I therefore am asking for it to be removed. Heya staff I’m sorry I have bothered you so much in the last few days already with my previous unmute request for Pala which was denied, I’m back with this new proposal so take it how you will.
I have come to suggest what I think would benefit Palapourheal more than just passing time awaiting staff decision, Pala has already discussed this a little with Taulov who said that he believes it to be a good idea opposed to the generic mute time he has been given. They discussed some sort of trial period for Pala to show that he has changed and to show that he is worthy of being unmuted; Pala believes that this would be more beneficial due to there being a more noticeable change in his behaviour as the staff can decide if his behaviour is satisfactory depending on what he says, opposed to basing their conclusion on his patience over many more months. I may have a biased viewpoint but I also think that this is a good idea especially considering it is a permanent mute which may never eventually get resolved and I think its important to keep your players happy. He has realised the mistakes he has made but just wants a way to show that he has changed It would be nice if a few members of staff would look over this because Pala is honestly stuck on what to do at the moment.

Hello, It’s Palapourheal, as you may know it’s been a while its known that I consider I do have a bad relationship with a good part of the staff team. But on the other side the staff team always said they had no problems with me and I never believed them. So as a first statement, I can say that I will give it a try, I will stop hating on staff.
The second statement, as Xenofiles told me it is far easier to break a good reputation than to repair a damaged one. And it’s been Around 2 months since I was Perma-muted for bypassing a softmute. At this time, I was in the self-destruction period on PMC. I had nothing to do And I didn’t care about anything, but this mute made me understand that I do care, and that it is impossible for me to play without social interaction.
I now waited 2 months without any appeals. But it is getting impossible for me to play anymore, I have projects in PMC That I simply can’t achieve because of my mute. I know the staff team gave me enough chances, and most of you may think I don’t deserve a new one. Well, the easy option would be not let me any chances. But the other option, the hardest for sure would be to give a last chance, with that chance we would see the true meaning of mercy.
We could start on new bases, trying to get a better relation between me and the staff team. The maturity would be the key. More than just a mute appeal, I’m trying to get a good relation with the staff team. And to not be seen anymore as the annoying troller. About Atalantaa and my temp ban, well, I apologize and I must admit I just got angry because my perm mute became a nightmare.
You could also think that this is too soon and that can’t change in a short period of time, sometimes its’s true, sometimes peoples need years to change. But sometimes, people can change drastically and this may be due to events in their private sphere or a sudden presence of mind.
Like the Christian things , I have sought forgiveness through redemption, I have exposed to you my sins and their reason, and just as God I hope that you would share forgiveness with me.
The difference between this message and the other messages you already received from me in the past is that this time the changes come from me. I always waited for staff to change for me. But this Time it’s different. I am at your mercy, and I truly think that you all decided to be staff to give second chances, and makes people change. I truly think that you didn’t join the staff team to deal with annoying people. And that’s why today I am dedicated to my redemption.

Hello so I have been muted by Atalantaa for saying a racial slur it is very childish and dumb of me.
i am still muted till tomorrow 12:00.
but I logged in on Minecraft around 15:20 and it says that I have been banned from this server for: Alt of gregordebruijne appeal on the forums if wrong. See, gregordebruijne said the racial slur 2 times and now he is banned, but I only got muted so why did I get banned?

Shows literally no loss, you parsed it as though your entire shop was ruined. It was 1 wall, that your signs didn’t even fall off, the signs are still on the wall. So its just the brick that would be on the wall.
Your reply was to be passive aggressive in-game, constantly harass me after being told you need to wait as I was currently in the process of doing a massive task I couldn’t drop everything for to repair some brick on your shop wall BASEMENT.
You then decided to remove all the blocks/items from the shop and replace it with lava, you were no longer using it as a shop which is against the rules so you have been evicted from renting at the marketplace. Staff told you multiple times to remove the lava pit and use the location as a shop.
Your impatience, rudeness, arrogance and downright disrespect for staff will not be tolerated.
Please go learn some manners and come back. Just because you have donated does not mean you can act like a spoilt brat.

Hello, I know this seems early but in mindmeld fashion I am not waiting. Today I was banned for “consistent harassment on a player after being warned by staff – think about your actions”. In recent days I have been attacking someone by the name of SophiMae in hopes to get some good items. I scouted her base for a few days waiting for the perfect time to where my friends would be on and hers would not (took a lot of planning). Afterwards I started to attack her often after using a captain perk known as “/Back” to go to my last tp spot. Maybe about a day later I get put in a private channel in the Alliance discord involving a few others and staff members such as Atalantaa, Torkey, and Bazurka to inform us on some issues they where having with us. Most of the talk was about verbal harassment seeing as others in the group where calling sophi rude and offensive names. A portion of it was directed to me for in game harassment (Sieging, killing etc.) A staff member once told me that “Context is everything” when dealing with moderation problems. I 100% agree with that statement completely, that is the way staff should go about dealing with issues. In this case this seems to be very exempt. After having a conversation that lead to nowhere seeing as their only point was “Don’t siege because then they can’t play” nothing changed. I have messaged Bazurka trying to explain how Sophimae is not just a innocent random player in fact she has been egging me on and in fact even challenging me at war (Screenshots below). I have tried so hard to get into contact with staff but have received no response. The staff members dealing with this situation have taken only two seconds to go over what actually happened and only hear one POV. I will be asked “Why are you making this report just consult baz about it” Well I did try that but got a very disappointing response which was “hey mind, tbh I really don’t feel like talking about all this right now. we had told you guys to chill it and go easy , but have been busy keeping your back over there and sieged her twice in the past 24hrs . I don’t understand why it was so hard to just chill for a while ? And I bet you have a lot of explanations and excuses and simply – I don’t want to hear that rn.” I want to highlight a portion where he states “I bet you have a lot of explanations and excuses and simply – I don’t want to hear that rn.” From what it seems to me is that he has the perfect motivation and excitement to ban me but refuses to listen to anything I have to say. Is context everything? to me it seems like they are breaking their own moral rule which is honestly a very disappointing thing to see. I even messaged baz explaining that sophi was threatening me and pretty much saying she would beat me in sieges and stuff but he completely either ignored it or just never saw it. And if he did not see it initially he had to have seen it after messaging me back after I asked to talk to him (in a calm and respectful manner) when I was banned why didn’t he make any comment on it whatsoever? All I am looking for is a place to explain my side and I am not getting that instead I am being shunned and told that “they don’t want to hear it”. There are two old sayings one which is straight from piratecraft being “This is piratecraft not princesscraft” and the other one being “If you can’t take the heat stay out of the kitchen” Why is it that I get banned after someone choose to challenge me and I accepted that challenge and won. I would rather have this in a private conversation with staff but “they don’t want to hear it rn” so I have to come to the forums and post it publicly here. Overall I just want to be heard and for staff to understand that she was going to war with me and that I fought after being challenged. Instead of attaching files I am just going to copy the images and paste them here. If you require further images please ask, I can’t upload all of them here because of the spam filter.
Thank you for reading my ban appeal. I completely understand if you don’t want to adjust my current punishment, I just wanted my side to be heard out.
