[wiki] Added some anti-bot measures

Been in influx of bots to the Wiki recently, which I don’t understand as we use Googles recaptcha to block them, obviously they are getting past this, so I have done 3 things.
- Replaced recaptcha with QuestyCaptcha, which is a group of questions that I write manually, we currently only have 2, and I will give you the answers here, there not suppose to be hard, but a bot will not understand what this input is or what it wants as a reply, the only obstacle I can see from this, is peolpe not reading the small bit of text when they register and thinking they cant register as they are not reading the message for what to put in the box.

- I promoted Lego to admin on wiki for the next month to help clean up the Wiki.
If the bots continue, we will try another Capcha. If its someone that’s targeting us, a previous PirateCraft player, they could obviously read this message and it would be easier for them to send bots into the wiki with the raw answers, we will find out, its very east to moderate and we have multiple backups daily. So there is no real worry.
Me and LEGO request a victory parade for our hardwork in the aptly named “Bot war of Sept-November 2018” when we fought against the incoming tides of bots, together we retired over 100 bots during our time so far Bladerunning. They employed tactics of humanity against us, with one seeming to take on a sort of self-consciousness, who I tried to reason with, but luckily due to the quick actions of LEGO, he dispatched the program before it could lure us in any longer. There was also that time there was blue-on-blue, I accidentally blocked Peppykiss, only to realise my mistake and immediately unblock him (whether that was a good idea I am not sure). I personally don’t know what LEGO would like, but I was thinking a celebration along the lines of this= Everybody’s part (in order of appearance): Ewoks- everybody who doesn’t get mentioned and didn’t know about the secret war. Stormtroopers- skulls of bots Lando- LEGO who blew up the last wave of bots Solo- A glad looking GodsDead C3PO- Lawzonenon, cause you know I imagine law to get giddy R2D2- RoMich cause he just makes like random pasta noise Chewy- Max cause he like furry things Luke- Me, cause why would I let anyone else obviously. Leia- “Every girl who play PirateCraft who is kinda interesting than the rest of em” Obiwan- The dude who talked to me Yoda- Peppy cause i kinda killed him Vador- Old capacha
