/Warp food PvP?

As i know most of you are aware, PVP is restircted in /warp food. So why is it evertime i wanna got frap something i get killed insantly. On one occasion myself and texter495 were in warp food, a Deckhand turned up in iron (think commander) and killed texter while he bought a set of god. This god armour was not yet put on. I was just about to buy some God items (but luckilly i heard the sound of pvp and stopped).

Please relpy if you think other wise, and comment if you know the rules on PVP in /warp food.
