i am unrightyfully banned because the mod thought that i was xray-ing with her only arguments being: my recycling bin being empty (i like having my pc tidy) and because my recource pack folder was edited 30 minutes before the incident occured

Your ban reason was valid. The mod was already 99% certain that you were x-raying and the F3 she did prove her suspicion. You were rightfully banned and will need to sit out the remaining months.
