Time the Claim owner has been offline: <24 DAYS> (use /seen <username>)
Claim Size: <3X3=9> (Right click with stick)
Reason: This claim is empty and is small and is in the way.

Since the claim is not empty, it cannot be removed just like that. It has an almost full dub chest in it.
See if he comes back online and ask him kindly to move.
