Banned By: Two staff members apparently

I really do not know where to start, I joined last night for the first time that I supposed was my first time however I joined with various items including tools and blocks which I found odd, I met a player named mat, we became friends very quickly we were playing for a while last night when a player got on calling me bloated, I as you could imagine was utterly confused however I just brushed it off as mistaken identity, well just today I go to log in and I’m banned for highly suspected that I am bloatedhippo alt, I am very confused me and mat were supposed to make a ship today and now I’m banned, In addition to this the ban appeal asked for a punishment tracker link, I grabbed it and there was two punishments from 2 years ago! There was however no ban for the bloatedhippo alt. I don’t know what else to say I joined for the first time yesterday get banned the next day and apparently was banned two years ago PERMENANTLY but somehow was still allowed on yesterday! I just want to get back to king mat and I cannot under these conditions, I did however change my monjang password and can provide the conformation email saying that I changed it in case someone was using my account a few years back.
