TS insufficient perms problem

When I log on, a red speech comes in and tells me that I have insufficient perms and none of the channel names like CoV Channel are there and I cant see if someone is in there. How can I fix this?

CoV’s channel is private, why would you have perms for it if you are not in the crew?It’s only meant for its members.

I know but it was just an example. normally I can still see who is in the channels, but now I cant.

All the channels have been removed. COV does not use that TS anymore.
