Too many donations fix this too whts happening to Piratemc

lol I couldnt wait. Without captain rank i dont even like playing …. but yea if it didnt i was prepared for it

but still you where only thinking of you’re self idk if this is a rule or not but “what staff say goes”. so you shount have been taiking that risk and just followed what staff said. and what where you prepared to do ask for a bigger refund?

Yes I would, I would create a support ticket explaining the issue and wait for the appropriate response, which a refund is not.

ik to many people (including me) 20 bucks isn’t nothing, but it’s still a possible lost of money….why would you honestly take that risk?

Guys chill out.

I can not believe you have gone against what ive said. Theres nothing more infuriating than people trying to fix an issue themselves when they have been told to be patient, its in hand.

This entire post should have been posted privately.

But that said ive been patient and respectful enough to try and give you some positive out a rough solution, to something i can not directly correct.

You could at least give me the decency to just wait, as i may it may not been able to access the right critea with permission.

You could of complicated things even further.

Hey hey Bobby this does not concern u so I am politely asking you to back off. And Dr solid not everything asks your opinion please you too back off politely. As for the donation issue supergl I have been frustrated about some things in piratemc like a claim glitch which delete my frickin claim every ti me the server restarts. Okay if piratemc’s rules say that if a person donated for a rank and he does not get that rank then he won’t get a refund I would gladly back up and this forum wouldn’t have existed.. As for the donation SORRY but I just couldn’t stand it

@SeconDeath PM me your email & paypal email, I need to make sure you wrote your username correctly into buycraft, As for your multiple donations when told not to you have just confused and made the process much more confusing to what you have done, there is a waiting period of about 5 minutes, if there is a complication with a payment method then there will be a wait needed.

You need to be patient and calm in situations, Sadly you have complicated matters, once I can understand what you have done clearly then I will be able to take action.

Bare in mind we do not process refunds based on user error, what I will do is pass over any extra donations to 2 months time when your donation runs out, but I need the email & paypal information you processed the payment with so I can research matters.
