First of all,
I’ve loved this server ever since i got minecraft, my mate Pipsterpc joined first and judging by the amount of playtime i have had , you can see i really do love this server. I have just heard over skype that appeals will be closed immediatly but please. For the 9 months i have played this server, read this forum.
My first warning,
My first warning, i didnt know what a warning was , what it ment or how it had any effect. Now i do with _lego_, KingKarim, Ftbplayer and more banned because of 3rd warning, dont get me wrong i realise these rules must have been said a long time ago. But arent all these long term players getting banned going to affect the mood of the game a bit ( with crazypirate too nearing ban for too many warnings). The server had just crashed/ something bad had happened , and last time it had happened godsdead was taking names for people who needed ender chests back and inventories back , so, trying to be helpful, i gathered names, half an hour later @Godsdead came on , he must have been being spammed with /msg s because when i msg him the names i was banned temp for 1 hour for being impatient and rude. Im sorry but, i really was trying to help @Godsdead.
My second warning,
Secondeath and i have had our falling outs, at this time and we had many reports of each other on forums threads. I said to him pay the Rgs £100 and this war shall end, he reported me and this was ‘extortion’, Gods messaged me and said he knows this was kinda silly because its a pirate server so i was like, so will you remove my warning , or , it just never got removed :(.Im not making myself out to be perfect and i know not alot of people like me on this as i have had my fair shares of wars and battles, but i came on this server for pvp and it seemed after all the rules got stricter that i needed to change my ways and not pvp as much.
My last warning,
Me and my friend were bored and were recruiting player for the Rgs so we tpd to terminator something and he was at a base, he sieged. so we were like okay , i tpd my friend and we took some stuff, we looked up and saw marksusi, staring us in the face, he was afk , he then went un-afk , killed me and terminator and terminators freiend, my friend got away and mark tpd to him (tpd) not tpa. when he went back to his base
to dump stuff. Mark was like this is war , so me and atfc didnt want war (atfc is my friend) so then we tpd to an exp farm of allidoisdig and are messing around shooting and 1 v 1 ing , i didnt know it was illegal so i collected his bounty and killed him for a joke, i was then warned out of no where and mark said ‘im contacting all the admins’ (this is about 3 mins after we had raided him). I was then banned.As i have already said , i love this server its my favourite server. I have put so much time into it and some money irl. I cant explain how i feel right now, KingKarim must feel exsactly the same.
Please could you re think my ban and the other long term donators bans , and possibly the three warning rule as with 2 warnings, you are scared to do anything wrong , so even with 2 it isnt as fun to play.
Im sorry for the long forum same as karim, but please listen.

August 19, 2015 at 10:22 pm #19825Um, So i’m a bit confused. You were banned. Correct? For a third warning? You were give 3 chances you blew them. I think that you won’t get unbanned. Not my decision, also, do not bother Godsy, he is on vaca, let him relax.

Its not our problem that you feel on edge after breaking rules and having strikes to your name.
As with a lot of cases, the story goes much deeper than this, next time maybe actually state all your actions, instead if glamourising the story to your benefit.
As with all the other banned donators, they sit in the same category as you, you took advantage.
You break the rules we’ll break you (metaphorically).
Ban is staying put. 3 strikes. Enough said.
August 19, 2015 at 10:58 pm #19831I like the whole system and all and this is kind of on topic but I feel like I am bound too get three warnings at some point because over time the warning will just pile up is there like a way too get warnings off because I think if I played long enough (two years maybe things happen) I will get banned for loosing my temper or being took out of context with screenshots about a joke or somthing

However I think some rules like the ‘common sense’ rule needs some re-think. Players follow the rules exactly but are still banned; asking whether a mod is allowed or not.
But I’ve been able to raid and siege without getting banned because I have self control. I know when I”ve killed enough, what stops everyone else from doing this?

The system isn’t completely perfect. Although in Ben’s case? Yeah, it seems the guy keeps impulsively breaking the rules, but the design is not perfect. Why? Well, it doesn’t take into account that people change and after months to years, warnings should be taken off if the player has had good behavior for a long time. In my opinion, if good behavior has been shown (and for a long time, not just for a short duration), then perhaps the warnings should be “taken away”, but still be taken into consideration if the player’s bad behavior starts again.

If the player has started to behave, there is no reason to take away a warning unless they would get into trouble again.

I made a grave next to my base in honor of what you did. I had to move away from the rouges completely since your friend tried to kill me and steal the spawner. If one day you ever do get unbanned. I will be ready to welcome you back with a warm embrace. P.S.

August 20, 2015 at 7:06 am #19849We have been super lenient, with a lot of players letting a lot of stuff slip through the net.
We are now getting tired of a lot of pettiness and have started to clamp down.
We take a lot of consideration into account before banning long term players and players who have donated etc.
The 3 strike rule ia perfect. The only fault in it is those breaking rules and becoming banned, then posting an appeal about.
Its your own faukt for gaining theae strikes.
If you want then taken away, do something that benefits the server.
August 20, 2015 at 7:14 am #19850What happens if you shouldn’t have got one of the warnings, could their not be a second chance for players who havent hacked or cheated. I have put so much work into this server as have the other donators (not Hardtimez) that have not hacked or cheated. This is so dissapointing and it all happened so quickly, 8 months work just thrown away like that, all my ships, creations armour. I am very upset at this please, is their anyway i can get un banned.
When you do /rules, for my first and second warnings it was for a reason on their, but my third isnt a rule. If it was i didnt know, id be willing to pay Ben_skywalker all my money (he set the bounty) and if i joined, i would live completely like Konstruktor, attack no one- live in peace building as i was working on a city like kons. As kingkarim stated, some players got a chance to discus with staff or at least the staff got to talk with each other and possibly get a fourth warning. Much the same as Karim, i am not comparing my self to _lego_ or crazypirate but i have played this so much and im sorry but i cant give up like that its just happened so fast. Please help
