You should shorten the group information and put the rent renewal sytem and ur kind of laws /policy if someone fakes it into an own forum post, since its too much for just being an information about the group.

you could call it sth like – “rent renewal & policy system”

What about a small above ground sector for trading with outside players as well as a renters only area to enter the vault.

I could make it to where you can have a shop above ground, directly where your shop is. And ill definately be using that second idea there Zeref

How about a visitors pass for people to see the vault so that people can see the vault before they rent or so they can see their friends

The above comment is awesome, because in Fallout 2 the player has to either obtain a day pass to be able to enter Vault City or become a citizen (usually illegally, hehe). 😀

I recommend implementing a LOT of security doors to prevent unauthorised access to secure sectors. You may want to offer luxury suites for hire with automated services such as auto-brewers and smelters. Or gambling facilities to attract that raucous, spendthrifty crowd into your estate.
