Stuck in a nether portal trap

I entered a nether portal and found my self stuck in between two nether portals going back and forth. Both the portal have been claimed by CaptainCracken, I believe I ended up in his base somehow. Around location -1577, 64, -1153. I would appreciate if staff or someone could help me out.
