Looks like there was a problem with two of the text-areas not accepting long labels for questions.
Annoyingly submitted posts didnt capture the answers to:

• What can you offer? Do you have any other skills to benefit Piratecraft as a whole?
• What advice would you give to someone to communicate and manage people younger than them?

It should be fixed now, I greatly trimmed the labels. what I will do; If you are are put on the list for “could be mod” I will send you these questions again via PM. Sorry for not picking up on this before, everything else sent through fine.
