So… I decided I would make this so that people could post designs of their ships. I hope that some of ye’ pirates can use the posts from this forum as a collection of ideas to use for your ships on the server, so remember to submit yer’ best works 😉

Also, the ships that you show off do not have to be sail-able on the server. As I stated earlier, I made this forum for people to get ideas for their own ship(s).

This is a Brigantine that I built on my  build team’s server. I call it “The Flying Masnach”.

I didn’t outfit it with sails, because it turns out that I really can’t build them…. ( Derp xD) I guess that I’ll have to learn how 😛

These are some pictures I found in my folder with some of the ships from my port in them.

I’ll add some more specific screenshots of other ships at some point, when I’m less tired, and when I have time. Sorry. Also, all the ships are named XNS [name], which stands for ‘Xanthian Navy Ship’.

I used this site for finding model ship plans that can be used to create a scaled ship in-game. I found if you just search “free model ship plans” or use google images for a specific ship you can find plans to use to create realistic/historically accurate ships. The plan i’m currently using is for The Galley Washington.

If interested in creating ships like this, I suggest you use the method that MrBeasty127 uses as it works so well to get the basic proportions and scale correct.
