July 3, 2014 at 11:35 am #3401Yeah I know, I have an external system that monitors uptime to the second, I awoke with 2 crashes, downtime of 1 hour 47 mins for one.
I had to remove the wrapper that automatically restarts the server on a crash, because it was creating more crashes! Catch 22 or what.
I have no idea for the recent crashes and im not getting much help from the hosting or server owners community atm.
One of the problems looked like morebows, so Its been removed, but I did that yesterday before these crashes so that can’t be the cause.
Also saying “lag” helps nobody, do a trace route in times you are experiencing lag, and create a ticket with the results via a pastebin link, this way I can keep track and even send this data to other people that may be able to help 🙂
July 3, 2014 at 2:19 pm #3402On another note I got my best fps last night on the server. Average is usually 60-80 But i was getting like 120-150 fps while sailing which is amazing
Lucky you will be missed 🙁
July 3, 2014 at 3:28 pm #3403I wish I could diagnose lag problems in a better manor, do you know of a better workflow than looking at timings reports and checking logs?
Theres got to be a simpler way of doing this!
