I know he hasnt been offline since 3months (but 1month and 13days) but theres nothing inside his claim and its just in my way, so im asking to remove it, it would be very nice !

October 10, 2015 at 11:37 pm #22267anything thats built with a player over 10hrs playtime isnt deleted, so the buildings around your new build stay, ironically they must have been there before you started building, these really should have been considered before you decided to expand there lol

October 11, 2015 at 11:45 am #22277The island you’re building on used to be known as Havanna and belonged to PipsterPC and BensterPC before they were banned. The town of Havanna seems to have been regenerated since then. Those claims you wish to have removed are the remnants of the British “Fort Havanna” which dates back to our war with Pip and Ben in spring 2015.
If you would like to have them removed, please come to the British embassy (http://piratemc.com/groups/british-empire-public-releases/) and apply to have them removed. If our government decides we don’t need that fort complex any more, I’m sure we’ll give our permission to let you have the areas! 🙂

October 14, 2015 at 9:47 pm #22562Um, try cleaning that mess up. We’ve seen the message in the embassy, the issue will be raised. Although, out of all the island, why settle there? Seems a bit broken, that old island.

October 16, 2015 at 2:51 pm #22596Alright, I’ve been looking into the Havanna claim dispute thingy, and based off of the BE owned claims only, I can say that we have made a vote to keep the claims or give them up and the result was clearly to give them away, these are the following claims I’m talking about:
dr_solid, who has claimed half of one of the small forts we’ve built on the island
x 3134 z: -6380
And Zoroax, who has claimed the other half of the first fort and the other fort on the hill.
x 3106 z: -6371
x: 3116 z: -6510
Gandalf is banned, so there is really no reason to keep these claims even though he had built anything on them, which he hasn’t:
x: 3176 z:-6335
x: 3170 z: -6359
x:3188 z: -6353
We do not use ANY of these claims any more and so there is no reason for them to not be deleted, problem is we cannot unclaim them ourselves as some of the players who created the claims are either not active anymore, or banned, as I mentioned above, so the only way they can be removed is with the help of the admins.
The government of BE agrees, that there is no reason for our old forts to stand in the way of newcomers, who wish to build something nice on the server so I therefore ask admins to please delete the claims mentioned above.

October 16, 2015 at 9:53 pm #22614I’m uncertain as to the exact coordinates as to all of the claims I made, but I note they haven’t been deleted, since I won’t be coming back I’ll try to spend time locating some, but I genuinely lost the locations of some of my claims, so I hope you can still remove them none the less, just reminding since I’m banned and I don’t want my claims ruining the land, I know secondeath could use the space where some of my claims are located.
