Renting Rules

1. Don’t destroy or heavily modify the building you’re renting without asking Ma_c_hi or Tchetch3n3.
2. Unpayed rent will result in the revocation of sub-claim rights.
3. Respect is expected between neighbours.
4. Siege of neighbours, rudeness or non respect of any of those rules may be punished by the revocation of sub-claim rights.
5. On revocation of sub-claim rights, any item or block present on the sub-claim may be seized.
6. No generic shop in the rented houses. Only themed shops are accepted.
