Renamed "support tickets" forum to "Help Request Ticket" and updated main menu

Renamed Support Tickets to Help Request Ticket to try and help people understand what a support ticket is, people keep posting help requests in the wrong forum. Also removed the link to the Server Support master thread in the main menu and replaced it with direct links to Bugs & Glitches, Suggestions and Help Requests as some people may not have known these were embedded inside a higher forum.
