A few weeks ago there seemed to have been some big hype on these forums over what people could call an empire and on what people could classify as a town or settlement, those discussions inspired me to look for an answer.

Honestly the idea of the server going through different stages and ages and reaching a point where early civilisations start rising from small player tribes with the intention to create massive empires excites me as it opens up a world of possibilities regarding lore, history and the direction of The piratecraft world in terms of the future and what the next stage of its evaluation will be.

Anyway enough with my ranting about possibilities and onto the point!

A have found a bukket plug in which allows for the creation of empires and by the looks of things it adds smart NPC’s which will build towns and villages within your borders or something along those lines by using a certain building models which players make.
