redstone signs.

not sure if this is me being stupid, or if its a bug or not.

i have an iron door with a lever above it, i have a sign,

[device]

open

door

£5

i link the lever to the sign, i click the sign, lever turns on, door doesnt open, lever turns off, door is still shut.

what am i missing with this command????

Nothing, [device] signs are not enabled in the config. :/

Lever must be put on the top of a block and not on his side. The block must be an opaque block, not a slab by example.

Well, we do not have permissions to activate the sign neither, I already tried it. It does not let me activate it with redstone.

hmmm. tried putting the lever on top of the block above the door. still not opening.

but if i activate the device then press a button next to the door, the door will remain open till the lever deactivates.

i have also found that if i put the lever one block over, then put redstone dust on the block above the door it works……

my guess is the iron doors doesnt recognise that the lever was updated when the sign is pressed.
