Not sure if you can legit do this, but PinkedHD was flying over my base, then zoomed all around the northern continent at 12:45 AM EST on the server.

Sometimes it looks like someone is flying around really fast in the air due to lag between the server and the clients involved. It’s usually just a visual glitch, so the player in question probably wasn’t actually flying.

Either way, you always should post screenshots whenever you are discussing instances of possible rule breaking. Otherwise, there is no tangible proof available to the admins /mods.
