Online users widget back up, Re-ordered

The online widget to the right of the website shows online players, Stupidly it relys on an external API call to gather online players, im going to re-make it do it dousnt when I get some time, but for now its back up, I made 1 small change, I changed the order to what players show to see if its easier to find players you are looking for online.
Previously it put down who was online based on the order they joined the server since last restart, Im not sure this is the best way to order the list so instead I re-ordered the list to display in alphabetical order, should be easier to fine someone you are looking for that’s online.
For some stupid reason its not doing the list in alphabetical, its doing it and then doing it again.
WIP.
it’s first doing alphabetical order of players starting with a capital letter, and then again for players starting with a lower case letter… 10/10 sorting 😀

yeah well. the eye of a SysAdmin 😛 now it’s seemingly random again though
