It has been confirmed today that Gildor, one of the leaders of Enigma, and Icebear (previously known as oliw), one of the leaders of Solis, have made plans together for the construction of a naval base. In an unexpected move away from traditional ship building techniques, the two have decided that this will be of a more modern design. The base is planned to be accesible for both members of Enigma and Solis, with a rapid deployment fleet of submarines and ships ready to face all types of action.
Construction began yesterday with the building of the first dock ready to hold a submarine. The docks will be built inside hangers with sliding doors made from bridges providing access into and out of the dock for the submarines, and as yet reports of the possibilities of nuclear capabilities remain unconfirmed.
