Originating back, the British and Elven Empire’s were the first two large oldest twin sister empires to be established on piratecraft. Both major nations earned much respect as other nations still gain theirs! Now we have influenced more people to create their own nation’s which are good!
Just the thing is, everyone starts off as an empire and it does not work that way.
Dating back to the year of 2014 where both empires were created, we formalized ourselves as empires, once we received numbers to do so.
For example:
The Elves stated off as a small village with 3 people known as Cornola. Where the birth of the EE began.
From there we grew and became known as the Kingdom of Cornola
Then we moved to evermoor which greatly expanded us and our nation being known around the world. From that time we were known as an established country.
After that we had growing colonies and forts and more numbers pouring in we established ourselves as an empire!
If you are a person who wants to start your own legacy then please start off small and you will grow.
-Village – 4+ members
-Town – 9+ members
-Kingdom – 15+ members
-City – 30+ members
-Country – 40+ members
-Empire – 60+ members
Some Growing nations I have told this to use this as a guideline and start off small. You can not just be one man and become an empire. You must grow like we all did.
The server is split in half 1 side is pirates other side is empires/countries. Choose youre side.
I have been wanted to post this lecture for quite sometime but now the number of new people who have joined the server increased a lot I felt they should see how much work it is to take.

I guess not.

June 6, 2016 at 5:27 am #35777not a bad idea, i think it could be more flexible. there should be other criteria besides the amount of recruits a crew may have, such as: activity, time in, square blockage, builds… i think to be considered a city for instance, one must build a city. a country/kingdom could have one or more cities, empires would have the most people/countries/cities… and could there not be city-states? i live on a large continent, and i don’t have too many neighbors and lots of space i am familiar with that i consider to be my “country”, i claim it as my country. i am literally building a small country and expanding. i like your idea. and i like the idea of having a certain amount of crew members per rank. i think we can add more detail. like drawing actual lines on the map, naming continents/land masses/countries…

What you say is right, but nobody has time to check all that information for each crew, you are spreading yourself too thin. Limiting the nation guidelines to the members amount provides us a fast and easy way to understand their status. In my opinion, ruling on people is more decisive than ruling on land. Most crews kick their inactive players, so inactivity is not a big issue. I think Reptaria’s scheme is more than good and should stay as it is.
Regarding land names, if you have suggestions, please follow this link for a map discussion with borders and towns where we are gathering geographical information, whitout changing topic here.
June 6, 2016 at 6:34 pm #35809some people have time to check. creating a fair and civilized government takes time. you are set on Reptaria’s almost arbitrary number requirement, i am saying those number’s can be flexible. as for relying purely on numbers, you’re asking for crews to mass-recruit. For starters, we can check the status of a crew member’s last activity… my next issue: should an “Empire” be required to build certain structures to be considered an empire? you’re asking for a crew to mass-recruit & not require them to build anything and the next day they are an “empire”. in my opinion judging purely on recruit numbers is lazy, and the point of this forum is to work together to agree on the status of our crews & countries. i think Reptaria’s ideas are a great starting point and deserve further attention/elaboration.
