Approximate Regen radius: 300×300
Reason: Mountains are there, they would be troublesome to turn into a canal, there is only one house on it. Probably abandoned.

Question you aware that regning mountains does not make it easier to build a canal though right? also the tower and church there is in there is owned by me. May i suggest you make you way around the mauntain
