This happened with Zee_King_Bee and I, I owned a chunk, recently cleared by Nicky, and he had a tiny claim, he argued that he claimed it all along, and claimed a little more, to this day, like 3 months later, he’s done nothing there -_-

@OfficalRS I had it there as incentive to demilitarize Verrusia and prevent further conflicts from the country. Used as a point of leverage, That fortification proved useful in fulfilling that purpose. Now that VE has calmed down, and summer is upon us, I will remove the fortification there if you can show me a place on your island on the outskirts of Verussia, in which I can build a less daunting/invasive one.  Would this area work?

I must say that this would make any attorney proud.  🙂  Very well documented, with legal references and all.  If I were a judge (and I’m not I know, where the Hague when you need it?) I would have to rule in Icanra, unless there was some compelling countering statements from the defendant, er, other party.  And the point of turning is this – Halo left the crew, left the building he was working on, hence a de facto abandonment, of the crew and the claim, since it was a shared effort. No hard feelings against Halo, but, just working with the facts here.

BUT, this is just my simple little opinion, for what its worth.

So, some solutions,

1. Somebody buys somebody out, whoever wants it the most, time and materials have value
2. Re-form a new crew
3. Learn to live together nice and cozy-like. 🙂
4. Both sell to an impartial third party

There may be better solutions, but that’s the best I got.

As you can see,  Nicky has said he was going to remove it but I think a monument to the wars & peacetime would be a good idea.

I would apologize in advance in case my english isn’t as good as I would like, and I hope I’ll write in a quite understandable way.
Ready or not, here I come. I’d like to thank Icanra for finally giving this issue an actual shape.
All what I heard before this post was, sorry for the term, quite non-sense to my ears. Here I’ll explain why.
Once upon a time there was a quite cool crew named TEE, The Endorien Empire. I gladly recall it as the first crew I joined when I was a deckhand. It was ruled by a nice guy (whose name, I am sorry, I do not remember), with gildor_stinky being one of the co-leaders. That empire owned Whiteridge (the town being the issue here) and all the land that spans between that town and the sea (on the map Icanra shows, the land I am trying to defend with walls). Whiteridge was claimed by Gildor, and partially by one of the TEE builders, xElitaa, which now is the co-leader of my faction. Now, after joining TEE, and after some time spent living in that town, I started the construction of my own castle (green-marked on Icanra’s map). All went just fine, the crew was going well, and it seemed like a story with a happy ending.

Happens that I had to leave the server for a while, because of real-life problems which I’ll leave out here. Now, I came back after a considerable amount of time, having no clue of what could have happened while I was away. I was happy to see my claim being intact, not so happy to find out TEE was disbanded. I joined Icanra’s crew to have a place where to stay while I would think about what to do next. I found out Icanra lived in that town, and I was happy to have a neighbour. Since there was nothing left in the area, I decided to start a new faction to rebuild the old TEE peninsula and to defend it, hence was born CC, TheDefenders (My actual crew, formed after leaving Icanra’s). Since Gildor owned most of the claims in the area, I asked him if it was ok if I started to live with my crew in the old TEE territories, and after he accepted (no screens to show, how could I imagine it would all go this way?) I started the building of Crown Castle (The big castle shown in the map). Gildor had nothing to say against that building, and since the claims around that area were his property, I built knowing it was all right. I had no clue I was going against any rule: if the owner of the claim agrees, why not?

After a couple of weeks of construction, Icanra shows up and immediatly asks me to “move” the castle. Even if it was possible to “move” a 90×90 castle, what right had Icanra to tell me what to do? I tried to understand, but there were none of his claim in the area, and the castle was basically complete. Icanra started to keep messaging me about that, saying that “gildor sold it to me”. I had no clue about what he was talking about: I checked many times, but claims were still gildor’s! After a few days, he started threatening us, saying that “if you dont move i will take action”. That is what made me starting to play in a more active way, planning to actually militarily defend my land, fearing that somehow he would start attacks and sieges. At the same time, that is what made me thinking of a different solution, in which we would live all happy and not hating each others. I tried to persuade him to cooperate with us, tried to play along and asked to “buy back the town” (Here I’d like to point out that I do not consider that a valid concept). Every time I recieved the same kinda repetitive and pedantic answers: you have to leave.

Now, I am ready to cooperate with you, Icanra, and I am ready to better explain the situation in every way I can. I spent countless hours of gameplay to keep that project going on, and I would be very heartbroken to see it all washed away by that issue.
I do not recognize my intentions in BleachWithGluten’s words, nor I recognize my behaviour. I’ll have to talk with him about that behaviour, because I am responsible for his actions.

To who thinks I stole that land: It was and is my house. How could I steal something that’s mine?

To who likes legal things: The owner of the claims I built close to agreed about that project, hence no official rules were broken.

And to who would like to cooperate: I am open to any alternative.

I’ll try to keep up with any doubt concerning that situation, always open to discussion.

Quick edit: The wall west of the town is an original defence of Whiteridge, not built by me. Mine is (and unclaimed) the wall built south of the town.

In addition to that, I’d like to point out that the project for the wall was started before all this mess with Icanra, and that it has no “aggressive” purposes
