Finally I have reached a point at which I feel the majority of my building projects are nearing a close (except for minor upgrades, and I can now re-focus on crew building again.

I am extending an offer out to more senior players first for leadership roles, and then later will focus on the main purpose of our mission, to help the new and lost and poor.
